You'd rather have carried on playing after the last Accies game with our injured players missing and no time for the ones struggling for form to recharge and regroup?

Mental.

Where did I say that?
"In his book, "Rogue State: A Guide to the World's Only Superpower," William Blum warns of how the media will make anything that smacks of "conspiracy theory" an immediate "object of ridicule." This prevents the media from ever having to investigate the many strange interconnections among the ruling class -- for example, the relationship between the boards of directors of media giants, and the energy, banking and defense industries. These unmentionable topics are usually treated with what Blum calls "the media's most effective tool -- silence." But in case somebody's asking questions, all you have to do is say, "conspiracy theory," and any allegation instantly becomes too frivolous to merit serious attention. On the other hand, since my paranoid shift, whenever I hear the words "conspiracy theory" (which seems more often, lately) it usually means someone is getting too close to the truth."

Frear Im sure will def not play as still injured ,Hartley is suspended , and Cadden and Tanner both doubtful so no chance of that team on Saturday but going forward few weeks possibly .

Is that from today's press conference?

I thought Cadden and Tanner were fit and only Frear and Petra were taking a little longer.

Previous page.

So the winter break has done us the world of good....

Or did I mistake your comment (and elipsis) for praise...

(and according to one of Robinson's interviews in Tenerife, Tanner was injured before he went out there and they were trying to get him ready for the Accies game).

Yes, confirmed in press conference.

Cadden was always going to be a wait and see but I wasnt aware of Tanners injury until the Tenerife coverage commenced. As important a game as it is, we hopefully learned our lessons and wont risk them if its a 50/50 call.

Lets hope that McHugh has recovered from his bout of flu.  Given the number of likely absentees, Ross MacLean is entitled to expect he'll start, to add some attacking ability from wide or midfield.

Part of the problem is an unrealistic level of expectation. We see football from all parts of Europe on television daily and fans are expecting....the technical ability and flair they see from Spain's La Liga and the top end of the English Premiership. Thats just not possible. It seems fashion is over-riding common sense.

I reckon they will play by the sounds of what the manager is saying. They've trained all week but a decision needs to be made on Friday.

Agree on the 50/50 risk though

Also think they will play because if you have trained all week you would think would be fit enough as cadden also done light training last week

So McHugh has the flu. Cadden is only half fit as is Frear. Hartley suspended. Carson still injured. 2 new strikers with virtually no game time for ages.....Were going to get pumped again. Need to concentrate now on avoiding relegation. Forget the cup.

Who said Carson is still injured ?

I raised the question and it was a question. He was injured before the break and as far as I could tell he didn't appear in any of the Teneriffe videos.
