Why on earth do we open stupid polls for man of the match when there was absolutely no positives? The same with the #matchattax at 80mins of the game.

Cadden for me he was the only positive today always trying to get forward and wanting to win the ball. A good mention for Law thought he done ok as well, as for the rest of them utter pish especially the midfield trio Pearson Gomis And Ainsworth who took pishness and non trying to new levels.

Cadden ran about a bit, as did Marv. I suppose Ripley kept it respectable.

Pearson and Ainsworth were passengers

Gomis over-laboured too much on the ball

Law had some nice touches, but his decision making in defending is too slow and it costs us.

Johnson laboured for 90 minutes and put in a few good balls

Cadden grows in confidence by the week

McDonald just had the thankless task of being isolated up front , he worked hard but was drawn far too deep

Hammell McManus and Kennedy just didn't look solid enough at all

Moult changed things up a bit

Thomas looked at least up for it

On the whole though, pish

Only player in contention for me was Conor Ripley.

Kept us in it first half. No real chance with either goal.

 

Cadden was our best outfield player (not difficult, granted) He at least tried to drive us forward 2nd half with little or no support.

Even before I looked at the comments I knew Ripley had to win this by some distance. Sitting behind the goal, I was stunned he managed to save that free kick.
