Chalmers, Tait and Cadden did well, as did Clay and Lasley.

Johnson was good, but then threw in the towel/spat the dummy.

I'm going to go Chalmers.

1st half he dealt with Forrester/Tavernier pretty comfortably.

Second half similar until late on. He was getting forward, retaining the ball and finding a man when he could.

Prob best performance I've seen from him.

McMannus only raises his game against Rangers. If he performed consistently and didn't make silly mistakes we'd be top six, no question.

McMannus has the ability, but all to often looks totally complacent.

McDonald is getting better in each game. I hope Chalmers proves myself and a lot of others wrong. The only player I have concerns about is Samson.

I think the first part is a bit harsh, but do agree on the second part.

I find it really frustrating when we get a glimpse of how good he can be, that we don't see it more often.

McDonalds experience is great, and by all accounts he used all of it on Saturday to good effect, the only niggle with Mcdonald is that he looks a good way off fit. It seems to have become part of our pre-season to let a player sit on a contract until the worst of the pre-season training is out the way. He'll be fit by November.
