  3. I do love diagonal sash shirts, however, in my opinion they work better with winged collars rather than the crewneck style shown. The one we had recently was a one off home kit that payed homage to our mid 70s side and I very much doubt we will be doing that again soon on our home top. I would tend to reserve it for away shirts and leave our home as traditional as possible. Anyway, here is a very quick diagonal sash render on the Alhena shirt.

  4. No science to this what's so ever. Just looked at out of contract players and knocked this up. A lot of theses are almost certainly out of our price range, but may have a desire to return to Scotland or whatever. Just my thoughts. Thought it might encourage some debate... 6. ZFA has been very consistent since arriving at Mill Farm, been played more defensively this year. Due to the early injury played on the left of the back three but much better as left back or wing back. A much better player than when he left us. I expect Griffiths to become first choice as current goalie Jay Lynch is out of contract and has quite a few clubs after him. I have been impressed with Clay when I have seen him this season. The Fylde fanbase is a curious thing. With so many local teams (Blackpool, Preston and Fleetwood all within ten miles) they seem to attract the older generation, the much younger generation and family groups. Swearing does exist but is nowhere near the grand scale we get at Fir Park and other Scottish grounds.

  7. Anecdotal evidence maybe, but one of my colleagues informed me on Monday night that her daughter, having got a free ticket on Saturday, was now saying she wanted a season ticket. Only one person and the notion may wear off in the close season but suggests it's possible to have an impact. You have to wonder if doing it for the last day of the season is the wrong time to do it. Obviously I don't know if it's even possible but doing this for the league cup games in the summer or an early league game might have a more positive impact as there's another game right around the corner and therefore less of a cooling off period...

  8. It's Macron’s attempt to streamline their branding to bring it into line with other manufacturers like Nike, Puma etc. I understand why they do it but I do wish they would keep the logo’s on their shirts to a minimum, i.e. one. In my opinion the two icons on the shoulder just increase the overall fussiness of their shirts. Macron clearly see this as a branding awareness exercise similar to Kappa. Bukta, Umbro and Admiral started this trend in the 1970s by saturating kits in branding by incorporating it as part of their overall design. I loved those kits as they are part of design history but in today’s world I believe less is more.

  10. Anytime the south stand isn't in use next season, for games against the likes of Ross county and livingston,i would like too see us giving away free tickets.i get that there would be costs involved to open the south stand for they games, like stewarding and paying kiosk staff but if it was financially do able,i would hope it was something the club was thinking about,it would be better to have a stand with local youngsters getting in for free than having it lying empty.
