  1. I'm pretty sure that the keeper situation will have been discussed with all interviewees...along the lines of 'did you see that Chapman dick in goals for us on Saturday?'...'yes, he was hopeless'...'well we can loan in Liam Kelly for 6months, any objections?'...'no batter in'

  2. If I was going to put money on any out of contract player in the squad continuing to give their all regardless of signing a pre contract or not getting a January move etc it would be Allan Campbell. Not far behind him it would be Declan Gallagher.

  3. Confirmed on every major news platform Dave apart from the official club media, Donald Trump would be tweeting it if his account was not blocked

  5. Morton or Dunfermline would be my suggestion.

  6. Listening to that interview, seems the deal was done a few days ago as he has looked at the squad and consulted with SR, so the club obviously knew who they wanted.

  7. "Track record of success, leading clubs to promotions and cup finals" Let's hope there's no requirement for that in during his latest appointment....

  8. Sounds like a decent option, and glad the Board didn't take too long given the transfer window is up and running.

  9. Let’s see if it is Alexander - otherwise it won’t meant much. For me, more than anything, it’s perhaps sensing a case of the right appointment at the wrong time.

  10. Was all over rangers forums and a well respected coach would’ve had far better jobs than what he’s had so far, poor results for the reserves also.

  11. Bit unfair to be posting these kind of “Rumours” about an individual. I don’t think you, I , or anyone else would be happy if we were named like this.

  12. This would be welcome news, I can’t take to Mo Ross at all and suspect he’s had his part to play in our downfall. Lasley as reserve team manager makes sense for now.

  13. heez still at the bridge work gates

  14. That bit about Mo Ross is an absolute pile of shite. He’s a well respected coach.

  18. He could be the answer at left back!

  19. Hearing chat that Alexander is bringing in his own assistant, with Lasley becoming reserve team manager, Mo Ross will be leaving the club. So if true we are getting a fresh approach after all, onwards and upwards.

  20. My opinion is a few are saying Wright played anti football. When Robbo took over our style was brutal to watch, it got us to 2 cup finals but wasn't pretty. I want Alexander to get job but I dont think it is a disaster if Wright got it. As long as new manager promotes youth and has look at that set up also. Ps not keen on grayson, we should just tell him to Shut That Door!!.....and has potential for Bridge over troubled water

  21. Does that include the season they won the Scottish Cup?

  22. I'm thinking Wright but that's from trying to decipher posts from On The Fringes. And I'm not good at it.

  23. I think the manager is part of the discussion, but if there is no manager at present I don't think the club will just sit back and do nothing as the window ticks by and potential targets sign elsewhere. Case in point, signing the keeper. There's areas that we need filled, and the recruitment team along with Lasley and Burrows will likely be continuing to carry that out.

  24. He's not really kicked a ball for us for some weeks now. We could always do as we've done at times in the past of course in simialr circumstances; give him a cut of the fee/excess fee. He'd have to up his game in return of course.

  25. but as i said before alexander is stuck at the bridgrworks gates till its anounced at 12 hahhah

  26. Until we have a picture of someone holding a well scarf over their head, beside a nice railway bridge then its not official.

  27. If true, and if Millwall or any other other club want him now, then we should ask for a fee equivalent to the compensation we'd be due at the end of the season and then some. Otherwise retain his services until our last game.

  32. If we call the league on points per game now and only 12th goes down like last season we can stay up. It's only fair after what happened last year. Precedent has been set.

  33. I still haven't rewatched an entire second of footage from that game.

  34. I'd rather be relegated than watch a season's worth of St Johnstone-esque football.
