  2. Why would GA drop magloire ? His performances in the previous 2 games had earned him the right to keep his place, and there was nothing to suggest he would not have had another decent game. All this crap about Gallacher annoys me, he messed the club about during the January window, trying to force his own agenda and will be away in 5 games time so for me he does not give a fuck about the club. He came on against Hibs and his 1st contribution nearly cost us a goal. If It was up to me he would be in the stands beside Foley and Nolan and never play for us again.

  3. When we get rid of the loans and dross we will still have a good core of players to build a team around, so there will be cash available for players maybe even some extra from the board. Developing our own players and recruiring from the lower English and Scottish leagues is our market, so given GA's contacts and experience I am confident we can identify decent players to bring in. Over the years we have brought in some good players, as well as some utter dross but every signing from those leagues is a punt so hopefully GA can find some gems that fit our club and style, as always time will tell.

  4. As yet the jury is out for me. But I do agree that with his "own team" we can put behind us this current weekly re-framing of views that suggests its all down to Alexander when we win and nothing to do with Alexander and all down to Robinson's players if we lose, and judge him on his merits.

  5. As per ohwulliewullie's request, tonight Matthew you're gonna be Graham Alexander. Who are you keeping, who are you letting go?

  6. While it takes a few windows for a new manager to completely shape a team the way he wants it, I get the feeling Alexander will be pretty ruthless in the summer to get what he wants as his foundation.

  7. Don’t know if this is even possible on the forum, but could someone set up a poll where everyone gets (say) 5 votes and you get to pick which of the out of contract (or any squad) players you’d like to keep?

  8. Obviously depending on the contract situation of each player, but for me Carson (assuming Kelly is going back to QPR), MgGuire, Lamie, Mugabi, Crawford, Carroll, Lawless, watt, Cornelius could all contribute. Would love to keep Campbell but think he might want away and if we could get Cole and Roberts on permanent deals that would be a bonus.

  9. Definitely, it’s all well and good doing gestures like take the knee and hold up cards but at the end of the day that’s just tokenism. Racism is abhorrent and anyone caught saying or acting in a racist manner needs to be challenged and dealt with accordingly by clubs and the authorities.

  10. I think it was a good decision by the players yesterday not to take the knee. Last season Devante chose not to participate in A Show Racism The Red Card display so it's obviously something he's got strong opinions about.

  11. For me GA has steadied the ship when he came in we hadn’t won since Halloween? Alexander joined early January. Got points on the board and hopefully keeps us up. The same thing that happened to McCall had happened to Robinson, great manager but times up. It’s a very difficult position for the manager to be in when you’ve got a club captain and others who’s contracts are up and don’t want to be there.

  12. So 6 games culminated in 9th position, 4 points off Dundee Utd and 6 games that pretty much sum up the season. Highlights being the back to back games in Edinburgh and against Livvy. Other end of the spectrum the car crash vs St Johnstone, Accies and today. Inconsistency has been prevalent all season, I guess Alexander must be doing his dinger in. To be fair, after our last smash and grab at Rugby Park today was probably right but the manner of the defeat is hard to take. Points total correct. Swap Hibs and St Johnstone results round and rest was correct bar the scores. 9th and 4 points behind 8th too. 3 too high, no cigar Another Hibs/St Johnstone switch and only one point out due to today. 3 points suggested, nowhere near, obviously not a betting man 5 points predicted, not one result correct till today Remarkable then Points total correct, way in which we went about it inccorect. Another Hibs/St. Johnstone switch but too much optimism about Killie took you 3 points too high Games ebbing away for bottom feeders so not mathematical but not doom and gloom. We got it Then you fucked it
