We have had an issue with midfield for years and successive managers have failed to address it, a 4-3-3 formation will work but you need midfielders who can win the ball, hold up the play and offer an extra attacking threat going forward, oh to have Turnbull back. For me brining in 1 or 2 good midfield players is the main issue that needs to be addressed in the summer .1 point
