  1. There is no question that Alexander has to go. I feel insulted by his team picks, tactics. He has also obviously attended one of Mark McGhee’s arrogance work shops. What about Alan Burrows. It’s very well being a fan and going from tea boy to the top but In any CEO job you have to be decisive and lead from the top. Communication to the staff and to the fans is vital, especially when things are not going to plan to prevent gossip and inaccuracies spreading throughout the club. It’s not the players job to question the managers tactics it’s Mr Burrows job. The Motherwell family ethos is in danger and I am embarrassed at the way some players have been treated. Liam Grimshaw is an example. It’s disgraceful. As fans we do not want to have to protest outside the main stand because it causes a toxic atmosphere and it’s not our job to make it easier for Alan Burrows to sack him. Alan be a leader and stop this now. If not then milk and 2 sugars please.
  2. Cragen - Robinson (head coaching staff) Kenny Sheils - Director of football to include community development and overseeing the youth program. I think Kenny would be a great fit for our club (obviously ban him from interviews). What a mentor to the coaching staff. Great experience at Tranmere, N.Ireland & Kilie. After his sack at Kilie he was constantly on the playing field of Ayrshire offering help & advice to the coaches and the kids - that's exactly the ethos we need at MFC. Society is changing dramatically and we must accept this and reform the structure of the club. One man in charge is not the way forward and if anything Mcgee (I'm not talking to him cause he didn't shake my hand) is old hat and his ways are done. The demographics of a footballer has changed, no longer is it the thick kid who couldn't do anything else so became a footballer. We have under 20's at MFC with 5 A highers now and they are not going to accept watching certain players at our club that nobody knows how they get a game. What is happening and will continue to happen is these guys will go part time 2 leagues down and go to university. The Youth is our future and we should now lead the way, make other clubs envious at our development and success rate. We should as MFC supporters watch with pride as one of our ex players scores for Scotland or Man U. Its time for common sense and forward thinking. Not old time growling has been's. These kids won't respect that and are not scared of that anymore. Let the people speak and the board listen.
  3. I presume you don't come to the games
  4. That is so sad - Forget about referees, they haven't picked our team and tactics.
  5. The main thing going against us is the arrogance called MCgee
  6. You don't get what he said, why is it relevant that Joe was a celtic u20 player - Join The Club
  7. Its so simple - if Mcgee thinks joe chalmers is a good player then he must go. There is so much better in the under 20's.
  8. Interviewer - Chalmers was out played today - Mcgee - yes but Forrest out plays every one in the league, and remember Chalmers is ex Celtic.
  9. "Barring the keeper, if anyone comes off the pitch at full time without making a mistake I will be very disappointed" - Stuart McCall.
  10. Love it when McGhee goes on Scotland Duty and then spends time with the family down south. McGhee's line up ? McGhees tatics ? No becuase he wasn't there at training. McGhees substitution policy ? No doubt !!
  11. Not a disaster just a bit of calamity. Dick at no 2 reasonable going forward but not now, and never will be a right back. Positioning is absolutely horrendous, I don't know if he can tackle because he's yet to be in a position to catch a player. Louis Lang - great potential but made the mistake of arguing with the mighty McManus and that was his last appearance. I actually think from the middle to front we have a decent squad. We also have great potential in the under 20's. I, however see a team scared to make mistakes and scared to express them-self. Ainsworth is told to track back and start off deeper, constantly by the dugout. His game is on the shoulder of the last line ready for a ball over the top into space to run on to. Last point - do you trust and believe in a manger that plays Skippy up front on his own ?
  12. Agree with above. I know the perfect attacking midfielder- He currently plays for Inverness !
  13. Like any good team you have to start at the back. If there is chaos going on behind you then it spreads throughout.Last few seasons McManus - has been found out with no Hutchy to cover for him. Second goal an easy tackle for him that he manages to miss, then has the cheek to give Samson a hard time. Dick at right back- shown promise going forward and crossing but his first job is to defend and that is clearly not his position. He can't get near a player to put in a tackle. Chalmers - players can develop and improve however i think most of the regulars can see he's never going to make it at this level. Its hard to judge Samson with this going on in front of him. Great time of bring in the youth / fringe players also for the fact the only way the club can financially survive is to develop and sell. When Alex Ferguson was asked if the players were ready during the start of the now famous cant win the League with kids season, he replied | "Of course they are not ready, they hasn't had a run in the team yet, but what they have got is potential and they know i believe in them." So McGhee, Faddy .Crags - Who is champing at the bit to get a game, who will run all day for the cause, Who has potential ? Who do you believe in ????
