The way I look at it is as a parent, if my son was offered the chance to sign a contract that will ensure he has a secure financial start to life I would want him to do that. People seem to get hung up on players being loyal but it's a career tainted with risk ie injury. I also think people are more frustrated as it Rangers, if it was a team like Bournmouth I don't think people would be so annoyed.

I don't think anyone expected Hastie to make such an impact looking at his loans spells. At Airdrie he did well but not spectacular and at Alloa he was much the same. I have been shocked at his arrival and I'm sure I'm in the majority. It will be sad to see him go but someone else will take his place. One thing that should be highlighted is the commitment shown by David Turnbull I'm sure he had similar if not better. I know he isn't away but looks likely.

I have no issue with Imrie celebrating in front of us for me that adds to the atmosphere, at the end of the day we sing his maws a matress every game, so when he scores right in front of us human nature takes over.
