    Ojamaa

Ojamaa played a great and intense 45 minutes, was substituted after first half. In the end, we managed to beat Poland 1-0.

    Ojamaa

Our commentator said he had a small injury from training or something like that. We used many players who usually don't get a lot of playtime (e.g. third goalkeeper) so the 4-0 defeat wasn't very surprising. Matches against Croatia and Ukraine weren't on official play dates and few of our main players were missing. We will go against Finland with our best lineup on Friday. Hopefully it won't end with another embarrassment.

Good news, Ojamaa is in the main lineup against Croatia tonight. The match can be watched with Estonian commentary over here: http://live.err.ee/etv2/ It starts at 21:25 Estonian time (19:25 in Scotland). But don't get your hopes up. We will most likely lose, all odds are against us.

Not surprisingly, he has been called up for games against Croatia, Ukraine, France, Finland and Latvia or Lithuania (Baltic Cup). Schedule: 25th May - Croatia (away) 28th May - Ukraine (away in Austria) 1st June - Finland (home, Baltic Cup) 3rd June - Latvia or Lithuania (home, Baltic Cup) 5th June - France (away) Also: Henrik's younger brother Hindrek is on trial at Stoke City this week.

Offtopic: Estonia won the friendly against El Salvador 2-0. Our next scheduled game is a friendly with Croatia on 25th May. Hoping to see Ojamaa in the team.

Literal translation of Ojamaa would be Streamland. Oja = stream, maa = land.

    Ojamaa

Not sure if it's been mentoned here already, but Ojamaa won't join Estonian national team next week in a friendly against El Salvador so he can help Motherwell against Celtic and Dunfermline. Ojamaa will have a lot of chances to represent his country later this year. We have scheduled friendlies with Ukraine, Poland, Croatia and France, plus World Cup qualification matches against Turkey, Romania, Andorra and Hungary.
