Agreed, I'd be ok with it if it was only a few games this season, but it hasn't been, the whole season has be devoid of entertainment. There was a chance tonight to put a little bit of pace and energy into the second half, get a second goal and relax, but we chose to sit back, slow everything down and try to hold a single goal lead against 10 men. It isn't the kind of football that I want to watch every week.

OK, we got the 3 points, but the approach to the second half was ridiculous. Some will say that it served a purpose, but if we can't take control of a game against a 10 man Hamilton side I don't know where we go from here. Ultimately, where is the entertainment. Where is the desire to entertain? Why should any of us buy a season ticket next year when the entertainment on show this season has been so, so poor? Glad of the 3 points, great that we are staying in the top league, but a plea to Motherwell FC, please, please, please remember this is a sport, but it is also meant to entertain.

Another great example of a lack of football awareness from Crawford there. Lofts the ball out of play when he could easily have turned the ball back and retained possession. Completely wasteful.

Why can't we keep the ball for a bit. Game management is quite awful.

Cole needs to work on his link up play. He is pretty poor at passing, holding the ball and bringing others into the game.

We have to show a bit of desire, pace and energy. This is really asking for Hamilton to come in to them. They have 10 men FFS!!!

As usual though, 30mins in and absolutely no threat from Motherwell.

Disgraceful performance right through. The fans won't forget that. Like most of this season it has been utter dross served up by a simply awful squad of players. Very little in this squad to be positive about. Still we're in the next round. That'll be a waste of another£12.

You can tell that even Jock is frustrated by this lot. He tries to remain overly positive but knows that they are a poor team.

This half time team talk is a bit worrying. Committee meeting before he says anything to the players. Hmmm!

Campbell is the only one that looks like he wants to win this.

I really wish we could hear what Graham Alexander really thinks about this squad. If he is hog tied by the lack of quality then that is one thing, but if he thinks that this is the standard that we expect and the standard that will make us competitive next season then we are already in trouble. I am not impressed by what I have seen of Graham Alexander's tenure to date.
