If you want to be a tailors dummy, go to Burton's
If you want to support your club, buy a top, or dont. I'm just saying kids have the best perspective on new football strips.and lets face it, adults in footie strips look ridiculous. Unless you look like an athlete, buy a polo shirt or a t shirt, or a cover for your iPhone
I didn't like it at first either, but show it to a kid and they're all "woa, cool, awesome"
We are too old and fickle, we need to see it through the eyes of a child, and it then looks cool, awesome, its new.
Duh, I know that, but what's with the last minute rush, is there NO deal for next season?
Have the TV mob threatened to invoke the "must have both old firm teams" clause that allows them to walk away?
Exactly, its a game, the players are partaking in a competition and no matter what the sport or game, its generally expected that you have respect for the opposition.
Spectators however . . .its your duty to get it right up the opposition and their fans
On the complaints side of things, even though its only a couple of quid, anyone stung by DUFC can contact trading standards as they quoted one price, then charged another. Illegal I believe. Gerrit right up them. If only for the silence they are maintaining, arrogant tw@ts
Brilliant timing for selfish reasons. One of my Boy's birthdays is May and I told him he'd have to wait until June/July if thats what he wanted for a present.
Marketing wise, it must be a winner as well. If the club wait til July, then there's another couple of months worth of kids birthday and holiday money that could be spent on xbox games instead.
I'm an ex old firm fan who didnt want his kids growing up supporting either half of them so I started taking them to FP and I've grown to love this club more than I ever imagined. I now no longer care about my old team thanks to the last 7 or 8 years.
I never imagined that following my local team would make me a borderline glory-hunter though. Long may it continue.
How do you explain to your lads that this isn't the norm?
I'm a fairly new Well fan.
I started going to the odd game a few years taking my boys along ago to avoid them supporting either half the the OF. I have grown to love this club to the point I have no feelings towards my "former team of choice" and was on the brink of buying my first season ticket. I held off as holidays etc meant I would miss the first 2 home games.
Now this.
This meddling is directly stopping me from going to games and putting money into the club.
Hi Guys,
1st post, been trying to register for weeks just so I could contribute to this thread. Since I heard this song I've thought it would be a great anthem for the 'Well. It's a rocker so not to everyone's taste but bare with it until the chorus and I hope the link works.
