I'm not a season ticket holder and i was there on Saturday and was surprised by the crowd being so low for a home game on frist day of the season....... I put that down to end of holidays and the fact we were playing St Midden that may have kept away some of the game and that it costs best part of £30 to attend a game (Admission / Programme / Pie and Drink) if you add a couple of kids to that its a fair amount of cash for people to spend on a "Day out" against a bottom 6 SPL team

i actually like ZFA i think he is much better going forward. i just felt he was pulled out of position on too many occasions today.

4 things i took from todays game 1. Jim Goodwin is an imposter of a player. all he done all days was kick folk and should have been red carded in the first half. 2. Zaine Francis Angol is NOT a left back. 3. Thankfully St Mirren don't have a decent goalscorer 4. We played terrible but still won so got to be happy with that

Q meltdown on here if this were to happen. Well fans these days have had it easy and expect us to get a result most weeks. pre 1991 i didn't think we would ever qualify for Europe now its a yearly occurance. I must admit i haven't been to the football much in the last 4 - 5 years mainly due to cost / having a young family..... However i plan to get a season ticket for the coming season but unfortunately we need another 2 - 3 k of myself doing the same and it aint going to happen.

Some folk on here need to get a grip and their head out the clouds. The tie is over the 3 players left behind are carrying small knocks (According to the papers) so why risk them when we have an important game on Sunday. The league is our bread and butter, Europe is and always will be a luxury which is great for folks who want to travel and have a holiday but we are never going to be able to compete against these bigger teams. Kubans squad is worth in the region of £50 million pounds. They had Cisse on the bench in the first leg that shows how much strength in depth they have. Anyone having a go at McCall should take a look at themselves as he is doing what is right for MFC whether you like it or not he is the manager and makes the decisions and i for one am glad he has done so as i would rather beat Aberdeen than try and chase a lost cause over in Russia.
