VAR will be the ruin of the game. How can anybody think that taking 4 minuted to decide something was "obvious" is correct. If they can't see anything in the first minute, the original decision should stand. It's a joke.

A small word "Is" but means a lot in the context of Fergie79's post. Leave it out and it changes the meaning of his post.

Lets be honest if VAR takes four minutes to decide that something is a penalty, it is not an obvious error.

We've road our luck a bit, but you're fucked when VAR award these cunts a dubious penalty. We're as well no bother playing these games. Just give the cunts the points , cause if we don't the officials will.

Bevis for me. Thought he had a great game up to the point where SK moved him from central defence to make room for the speedster Butcher to come on, and make an arse of it for the second goal.

Got to agree with the sub of Butcher. He offered absolutely nothing and is now a yard slow.His reaction time is poor for Ceptic's goal. Shouldn't be seen again.

I don't know if I'm being a bit naive, but could there be situation where both parties have the same 50/50 ownership, and the invester could take out any profit/loss from his share of player sales etc, so he sees some kind of return for his investment, but we still have a say.in the running of the club?

Unfortunately for us, the fan ownership (which I am part of) has slowly dragged us down. Why?
Our fan ownership would work if we could at least double the amount of members. The number we have at present makes it very difficult to make progress, because over the years costs go up, but our membership doesn't go up to compensate , so you eventually reach a point where what we put into the club isn't enough.
I sincerely hope I'm wrong. That's why if we could put some kind of package together for interested people to invest in conjunction with the Well Society, this would put us a more stable footing.

Unfortunately Paton thinks he's better than he is, and he tries to beat men he hasn't got the ability to beat. If he just kept it simple and passed to a team mate earlier, he would be a better player in my opinion.

It just tells us what we all know, our defence is shite and the fact Kelly has nil confidence doesn't;t help the guys in front of him. Every time the sheep got a corner your thinking goal. We really need to do something with that defence.

We keep hearing about mistakes we make in recruitment, but it just shows it's not exclusive to MFC. Look at the mistakes Rangers made in taking Jake Hastie, Dessers, Lammers etc.

If you pull someones jersey, it's very easy to see it, especially when slowed down. Looking at the replay you can't see the jersey being pulled away from the body of the Ceptic player, so I really don't think Butcher did pull it. The Celtic player was never getting the ball so he just made it look worse than it was, and VAR bought it.
AS everyone else agrees, up the other end that decision would not have been given against Ceptic.

As far as Van Veen is concerned, surely we have some successful business sponsor who could bankroll at least a loan agreement to the end of the year for him.
We've done that kind of thing before, Van Veen could promote the sponsors business in return.
Everybody benefits.

Even half as productive is miles better than the shite were having to watch with Blair and Wilkinson. Maybe we could sell the two of them together, and make enough to pay for Kevin's flight back here. Or am I being over optimistic ?
