  1. Just a suggestion, with Jack Ross pulling out as he doesn't feel right time to return to dugout and was focussing more on Sporting Director role. Could there be scope about asking him to take over Burrows role? We could slightly rejig it to focus more on footballing side. Just thinking out loud
  2. Yep agree totally, obviously better off financially but just looks like a player that has lost his enthusiasm
  3. McCann appealing as got decent record down south. Kettlewell done chances no harm after last night but it's only one game.
  4. Obika not played many games recently so still getting up to speed. I don't see him as a target man as better with ball played to feet. Also impressed with young Aitchison when he came on, looked lively and good to have options at last in forward areas
  5. Fair do's pal. Let's hope we get him to sign a new contract
  6. Beggars belief aimed at me then? I was only giving an opinion same as yourself David . I am fully aware Hammell recalled him and had started games. My main gripe was the recent games where he was sub despite playing well. For me he is first choice right back. If people want to disagree then fair do's, all about opinions
  7. It beggars belief that he had been on bench the previous games. Looks a great talent that will only improve. Always looking to put crosses in and with great delivery
  8. I will happily take the credit....heh he
  9. Same workrate and attitude and you never know....COYW
  10. Bit harsh yodo. Set up first goal and did all the dirty work. He ain't exactly Pirlo but was part of a team that got us a vital win.
  11. Am I on the wrong forum? I thought we won tonight. Let's all be one big happy gang tonight or the jokebook is coming oot........you have been warned!! Heh he
  12. Oh well how good was that tonight? Miles better certainly from effort perspective but frustrating that effort wasn't their in previous games, anyway moving on. Goss Spittal and KVV miles better for effort with Spittal excellent. Butcher and Casey look really good no nonsense signings and young furlong came onto a game. Johnson and Cornelius loads of effort. Obika for a big man doesn't jump well but good on the ground. Loved Kelly doing his Allan McGregor impression and time wasting. My one negative was the booing when SOD came on. Jeez get a grip, I know he hasn't been playing well but are we at the stage where we boo guys wearing our own jersey!! Come on. And I hope buddies are paying Watt's full wage, jeez a shadow of the player that played for us
  13. Jeez tough choice , butcher and Casey look good signings but Spittal for me, like a different player
  14. Good seeing butcher in midfield but can't believe Goss back and Spittal starting but let's hope they prove me wrong....get intae them!!
  15. I said on Sunday give captaincy to butcher and let Liam focus on goalkeeping. Tonight is not time throw in a rookie
  16. The names being linked don't inspire me. If tonight and Sunday bring positive results I could be swayed by offering kettlewell a deal till end of 23/24 season. However there must be a few hidden gems out there applying. If over 100 applications surely it can't be down to usual suspects. Not Tommy Wright for me. My ex colleague a Killie Fan and says he was loathed there and didn't come across as a pleasant character
  17. If true about Kettlewell then....I gotta feeling...oooo oooo..that tonight's gonna be a good night Whoops ...wrong fergie
  18. It's only one interview and naturally he will be treating it like he is on trial but I liked the way he came across. Obviously tomorrow is the proof and let's see who starts and what attitude from players will be. I expect a massive reaction, if not the guilty parties will be punted to the bench or stand
  19. I have never been one for booing former players unless they left under a cloud but jeez for those that do it could be one continous Boooooooooooo tomorrow night. Take yer pick. Me personally, the only ones I had issues with were Gallagher and Watt but I will be focussing on cheering on our lads.....COMMMMEEEE ONNNNNN YEEEEE WELLLLLLLLLL
  20. Happy with that line up apart from Slattery and Goss who I would have nowhere near starting xi but admittedly short of options. Maybe a change of manager will see a change of attitude but they should be performing regardless who manager is
  21. Thought kettlewell spoke well at press conference. Hopefully can get a reaction from players tomorrow, by jeez we need a win
  22. Sounds good to me also as ye can't beat a bit of Bullen!! Lol
