  1. I don't know all (any) of the facts but would love to be enlightened........... Please do......
  2. We know he's moved on. Nowt wrong with asking questions surely ?
  3. Ok........ Gannon. As ever...... Those in the know........ Spill the beans please !
  4. Take it you'll be speaking about McGhee & Liar Liar then ?
  5. Mark Benstead posted on Twitter. My understanding is Motherwell hope to have new manager in place for this weekend. Meeting scheduled for tomorrow with preferred candidate. Led to believe it won't be Dave Penney who gets Motherwell job.
  6. He has asked Stephen Craigan, Stevie Hammell and Keith Lasley their thoughts and whether or not the club need to make a quick appointment.
  7. Boyle is pondering whether or not to make a short-term appointment after yesterday's set-back.
  8. Take of these post's what you will........... Scott Burns again. (Express) Motherwell chairman John Boyle has turned to advice from his senior players after he failed to reach an agreement with Ricky Sbragia.
  9. Plumbers at Fir Park. Clicky
  10. How do you work that out ? I didnae want Broon as manager, does that make me anti Scottish ?
  11. It would be but we'd get by as we have done in the past................ Same as other teams manage to do..........
  12. It seems that none of our Scottish media chums on yon Twitter thing know how the share of TV revenue generated by the SPL is split between each club ? Can anyone on here enlighten me please ? Mr Spiers says............ Re SPL reform. Walter Smith's point is that Scottish football may die if Rangers + Celtic stay. He thinks it best for SPL if they leave. And then contradicts himself with this. The Old Firm are certainly a 'gravy train' in terms of Sky or ESPN. Put it this way: without them, TV is not interested in SPL. No mention of the % of TV revenue shared between each club. Derek Rae is at least honest........... Sorry. Don't have any answers. Also asked him the following question, Big two get extra money on their travels via TV, others suffer lower attendances as a result. How many live games per season in Glasgow ? His answer was 8. Whilst Richard Wilson (Herald) agrees............ True, but then smaller TV audience when Ibrox/Celtic Park is full. TV is income, so it has an influence. Otherwise, 16-team SPL He also goes on to say about 16/18 team league............. Like everyone in football, but TV want four Old Firm & Edinburgh derbies, hence 10-team league. W/out TV income, clubs bankrupt. No mention of the % of TV revenue shared between each club right enough.
  13. Agree. Would also help out with the atmosphere. Too many driving to matches these days and sitting on their hauns.
  14. I agree that we've got some decent talent at the moment. We were chatting about this over the weekend & I made the point that Broon (in my opinion) has held us back in terms of player development. He was looking to sign David McNamee (30 years old) for christ sakes. Guys like Ross Forbes, Jonathan Page, Robert McHugh, ect ect have all lost out as far as I'm concerned by being denied game time.
  15. If that's the case, It'll be 'FC Dossers of Motherwell' for me then. No if's, No buts.........
