  1. Would love to, but I work on a Sunday.....
  2. Would love Stephen Hughes to join the team He's a very clever player, could work well with our strike force Although I do agree that our midfield has been first class so far
  3. Ok, I might not be giving him credit in other areas, but I was just so frustrated with opportunities missed. He made some cracking passes and created a bit, but it's the goals that count. And I was left disappointed he didn't put away some of chances that rolled across the goal mouth.
  4. People are going to rate him by the penalty miss. He created some good moves throughout, it wasn't a bad performance, nor one particularly memorable. But I would take Sutters back over Higdon any day to be honest.
  5. I just don't think he's in the right place at the right time. Maybe it's the sheer pace of Humph, but he's never in the 6 yard box ready to slot into the net. =/

    Hibernian

Could only be Keith Lasley, Added a lot of urgency to us in the first half and scored a good goal
  7. You need your head checked, Keith Lasley was the best player tonight.
  8. I'm sorry, but Higdon is absolutely crap. I tried to give the guy a chance but he just isn't up to it. On Saturday he was unknown, getting beaten to every header. And tonight he was never in the right position. 3 chances across the goal mouth and he was nowhere to be seen... And yes he scored a goal, but he didn't move for it, it landed at his feet and he stroked it home. Looking back, Sutton would have slotted all 3 of the goal mouth chances and would have been more of a threat. I did notice that he seemed to create more chances between the 70-90 minute area, but that's just not enough. Not to mention the numerous offsides and bad headers/passes. Sorry Higdon, but I just don't rate you.
  9. If you do it as a comparison between money invested and goals lost to the OF, a 4-0 is probably about right. If we had the money that Rangers and Celtic spend and receive then we should be fighting to win each OF match. And currently, we are just not as good because we don't have the investment. If you were to offer me £40M to spend on an entire new team to fight the old firm, I'd say no. Simply because I like the fact that we are smaller than them and I'd rather be loyal to our players currently, then sack them to bring in better players, just for the sake of challenging the OF. If we win against them then great! But I honestly couldn't care if we lost 1-0 or 8-0.
  10. Broon's head is on the block
  11. I don't like to say it but, well done Sutton
  12. IT'S GREAT BEING A MOTHERWELL FAN
  13. 2-1 to us. Tight game, but if we're on form could be good.
