  1. Are you serious? Rangers didn't invent " the sash" , if it works , it works Have we to stop designing new strips because of some link only people in west if Scotland will understand , just in case Celtic fans get offended?
  2. I suppose if we signed him , we should have done some due diligence, so that's kind of on the club I've no idea if he was any good or not, never saw enough, only cup game v Raith , he wasn't the worst that day, worryingly. Get the feeling the Scottish game was too physical for him
  3. If that's the case? He didn't do much due diligence, so probably wouldn't have been a great appointment
  4. Linked to not getting Mandron ( former player)
  5. For a club who have spent almost 40 years in top flight, we don't seem to have prospered financially too well ... hopefully previous poster dtid is painting a gloomier picture than reality but does seem to have some inside knowledge. Maybe a chance for one or two of the young boys to step up...this could be a test for SK...
  6. Why do people still engage with him? It's all a pantomime act ,he works as a motivational coach in the real world.
  7. Looks to have unusual red markings on his " down below" area ..must be a talking point
  8. As long as he loses two thirds of his weekly wage, fair dues
  9. That's true but an update here and there would be good, especially if they're trying to tempt people to but season tickets I don't usually criticise board or management because it's generally a no win situation but if what is reported above is true, we should be updated and advised other arrangements are being made.
  10. Wasn't really , they probably didnt make a tackle between them tho, horses for courses...it's easier to teach someone to track back than to get them to ping a good pass.
  11. What did you make of Russell and Cooper?
  12. Take your point but that's why you need grafters in with him...he is a good " footballer" .
  13. Good advice, or if someone is posting extremes , e.g he's absolutely shit or brilliant...they are usually looking for attention or have a mental health condition. I think Harry Paton looked absolutely brilliant last season.
  14. I think Paton is an upgrade on Cornelius, so no problem with this one.
  15. Definitely good luck to the guy, he could have resigned here , presumably on not great money, but he's chosen to try something fresh, maybe learn some new things .... hope it works out
  16. From memory was the operation not a precautionary measure? He was always going to come back from it....it's a moot point tho, some guys don't resign because other clubs can take a chance on them without a transfer fee....others, like Turnbull resign, knowing they are good enough to get a transfer I did read what you said bud, I always enjoy your posts , they're a bit off the wall and there's nothing wrong with that.
  17. If he knew he was getting transferred anyway, he didn't sign for himself, he could have run his contract down , as with Jake Hastie and left for nothing. He helped us out to the tune of 3 million and then some bloke on the internet want to put a different spin on it
  18. Goss will probably get a better offer , but I'd try and keep him, only one of current midfield who can pick a pass.
  19. Kvv and Turnbull were good enough for clubs to come in and pay a transfer fee ...if other guys sign a contract, they could be stuck here on not great money and wouldn't get a move , so I don't blame them on that one .
  20. If he came back and added a goal threat, good tackling or a range of passing, it wouldn't wind me up , I'd be more than happy Good luck to the guy.
  21. I would say Casey , Butcher , Goss , Kvv , Spittal ( latterly) have some quality and will be harder to replace , the rest even Kelly , I think, can be replaced with similar or better
  22. The strips being imported? That could be a cracker then?
