Probably already said on this thread. But we didn’t win the battle before we could get the ball down and play. We played their game rather than impose our own footballing style. Yes, I’d absolutely drop Kelly but I can’t help feel sorry for SK tonight. The players didn’t turn up for him or the large amount of travelling fans

I genuinely find it difficult not to pick Theo Bair every week. IMO he’s getting better every week. Honourable mentions for Paton (who I’ve been critical of) & Gent was again excellent. But had to vote for Spitz. His second goal was something David Beckham would’ve been proud of

Does anyone know who this is training with the first team? I thought it might’ve been Callan Elliot, but not 100% sure. I’m hoping he’s a 30 goal a season striker

Apologies if this has already been covered? But did the commentator on MFC TV say Obika is away to Southend? Or was that wishful thinking on my part?

I genuinely thought Slattery was outstanding but Mika changed the game when he came on. He has, pace, power and clearly an eye for goal. I was amazed by the strength he showed to guard the ball for the first goal. Kevin Van Who?

Pretty much voted for Matt Penney every week. He’s a solid stand out. Let’s hope we can get him signed up. He’s probably the only player in our team that would get in the Celtic team.

I didn’t think it would be possible for us to play worse than last week! That 45 mins has proved me wrong! We need a serious change up at half time. Not that I was Sean Goss’ biggest fan but he’s surely got to be better than the current midfield on the park!?

I’d 100% take Spittal. When he’s played against us he’s shown good movement and always looked tidy on the ball. Not to mention, I think I’ve seen him pass the ball forward to a someone else in his team a few times.

I went for Slattery. For me he’s just a classy midfielder and we’re absolutely a better team with him in the team! That being said, I fully expected Super Liam Kelly to win.

Yeah I thank him for his header at the weekend. But I’m happy to see him go and give someone from the reserves a chance. What ever happened to big David Devine? Surely he’s filled out by now? I’m sure he made his debut the same day as young Dean against Livi at home.

Pretty sure he spent more time playing with Tony Watts PlayStation that he did at Fir Park. Harry Smith looked about 6ft 4 and turned like a fridge on one wheel. Pretty sure he was on loan from Northampton?

As much as everyone loves Grimmy’s energy around the place. I think it’s time to move him & Donnelly on. I’d personally like to see us keep Roberts & Justin for next years campaign.

I’m proud of the performance we put in until around 60 mins then the game just sortov fizzled out. I don’t know why GA waited so long to make an attacking substitution? Roberta and Efford had tan themselves into the ground by the hour. Shame for Big Bevis has he did look noticeably upset when he went down the tunnel. Also, how many times have we missed a blatant scoring chance and conceded within seconds this season? Do we have a striking coach? IF WE DO, he’s stealing a wage!

Gave it to young Dean. Great effort! Noticeable mention for Liam Donnelly who like Dean put in a real shift.

For me I’d play Shaw up top. Or maybe even as a 10 or a “false 9”. Everyone loves Van Veen but he was less than useless on Wednesday night. I’ve liked the flashes I’ve seen as Efford but he does look too lightweight at the moment. I’d go: Kelly Mugabi Sol Lamie Carroll Slattery Donnelly O’Hara Woolery Shaw Amaluzor

Apologies if this has already been covered. I agree the foul for the penalty was outside the box. But what is Carroll doing grabbing him anyway? Why not just go for the ball? More interestingly do we have a young LB at the club? There’s got to be another option in the reserves?
