Gary Teale would be a fine signing. Was never quite international class and only seemed to be included in Scotland squads because he was our only real out-and-out winger, but he's still a great wee player that would be a fantastic SPL signing.

Pretty sure the East Stand is well-known within Scottish football as being terrible when it comes to getting on Motherwell players' backs, and that players in the past probably have refused to even consider joining the 'Well because of it. Always remember an interview with Tommy Coyne in the Evening Times a couple of years ago in which he said he didn't want to join Motherwell originally, because he'd been told by numerous people just how bad the East Stand is. Did Lasley not also make comments not too long ago about how Motherwell fans boo their own players? And would I not be right in saying Duncan Shearer once refused to move to Motherwell because of our fans? I'd agree with Neil, our support is terrible 95% of the time and, in my opinion, is by far the worst in the league.

Those stats don't really mean anything though as far as how dirty a team is. Kilmarnock's bookings could be for dissent or diving, as opposed to actually being dirty. Based on each team I've seen this season, Falkirk are by far the dirtiest in the SPL this season.

Cannae be bothered reading the whole thread, and I seriously doubt no one has mentioned this yet - but Falkirk are easily the dirtiest team in the SPL.

According to Sky Sports and Jim White, we don't play Inverurie til the 5th round. Apparently the draw is Inverurie Loco v Motherwell or St. Mirren. Just to let you all know, it'll save folk travelling up north to find we don't actually play them til the next round.

That's a really good point and something folk with tickets should keep in mind. Did the Inverurie game in the last round not get played on the 5th attempt? There's still a chance the rescheduled game could get postponed again. It would be a shite state of affairs if you sold your ticket cos you couldn't make the 21st, and then realised you could make the newly scheduled game!

I think you'll be fine with your casual jaunt. The group of folk I go to games with would normally be all over an away Scottish Cup tie, but no one even seems to be considering Inverurie - partly due to just losing faith/interest in MFC (both on and off the park), but mainly due to the fact that no one really wants to waste money getting half way to Aberdeen before the game's postponed and rescheduled for a Tuesday night. So aye, I wouldn't imagine massive queues on Saturday.

I still don't have my letter about the new pricing shaboodle, and someone asked me just a couple of days ago whether or not the Accies games was still pay at the gate. Communication isn't just about the website - personally I've not had a problem with that. On another note, there's also talk about the ticket office not being open tomorrow. Is there anything confirming or correcting this on the website? I don't actually know, I've not checked as I already have my ticket - but has the club sufficently communicated the situation to the supporters and, if so, why are so money now possibly screwed for tickets given they assumed they could get them on matchday at Fir Park?
