Ben Gordon is a left back, he had nothing to do with keeping Clancy out of the team. As you say yourself, he can play right back or right centre of defence, his poor passing ability makes him unsuitable to Killies style of play.

Here's a statement made by the chairman of the Kilmarnock supporters association. " URGENT NEWS - MOFFAT + CHADWICK STANDS SHUT Just had a phone call to say that due to the thaw there are burst pipes in all but the main stand. This has caused major problems in terms of toilet facilities, health + safety etc. The game is ON however the Moffat + Chadwick will be shut and away fans will go in to the main stand. Will update you if/when we hear further."
