  1. I didnt say we wouldn't, but the last 14 results would point toward it being a possibility.
  2. I would say the squad we have now is far worse than the one we had in early Feb. The signings Kettlewell has made gives me zero faith he is going to fair much better in the January window and if we were to replace him in Feb then whoever we bring in will be stuck with this dross. Also, our shite run of form started earlier this time round and if we left this to run into February we are truely fucked.
  3. Pretty much resigned myself to the fact we are going down. Kettlewell somehow satisfying the board enough to keep his job yet at the same time leading us to the bottom. The time to replace him is slowly passing us by to the point where it won't matter.
  4. When we defend well we canny score, when we score we canny defend.
  5. Talked about in passing in other threads but I think it's needing its own place for discussion. What exactly is going on at the top end of the club? I'm not a society member so maybe not privy to some of the inside info but from what I, and many others can see there is clearly something wrong. Why is it taking so long to replace Burrows? Why has there been practically radio silence from the club in general outside of playing/ coaching staff for near on a year?
  6. Just watched his post match, its all making sense now, he's prepped them to play St Mirren no St Johnstone.
  7. I fail to see what good sticking with him could possibly do. In all my time watching the football I've never known a manager to turn around this kind of run. Even some of our best managers in recent times couldn't fix a spiral of form that on reflection wasn't even as bad as this one.
  8. When you see it like that it's downright disturbing that he's still in a job.
  9. This is it really. Can't help but think back to when Burrows left and we were wondering if he was escaping a sinking ship while he could. The place is a fucking shambles.
  10. I guess that's him saved for another week, board can take a breath, they don't need to actually do anything yet.
  11. You would like think so but the way our club is run he may well still be here by Easter. Motherwell board on sacking a spiraling manager =
  12. What was Hammells run before he was binned? It was shocking but surely it couldn't have been this bad?
  13. The amount of times Odonnell makes a "pass" and I genuinely can't figure out who's it's ment to be to is frightening.
  14. Only reason he shouldn't be sacked by now is he hasn't gone into work. Cant be sacked if you don't show up.
  15. Normally I'd be roaring the same but honestly don't even care anymore.
  16. Have I blocked this one? Lasley had a reign?
  17. He should walk never mind sacked. Embarrassing taking a wage and turning a team out like that.
  18. Can already see it coming, we are going to draw this and save him for another week.
  19. Unfortunately it seems like the market we are in now both fir managers and players. Bargin bin players get bargin bin results.
  20. County ripping the pish with "another one bites the dust"?
  21. As in we will be playing them again soon?
  22. I dont disagree but I didn't rate Kettlewell back when we gave him the job in the first place, I was happy to admit I was wring at the time when he got the results we were needing but this seasons just proved my initial doubts about him being a decent manager at this level. We were too easily lured by the easy and probably cheaper option of promoting from within.
