I see it’s getting reported Lasley is off to St Mirren as the director of football replacing Tony Fitzpatrick, not a real surprise as I am not sure what he was doing after GA came along apart from sitting up in Phil O’Donnell stand during the game which gave me an impression that GA didn’t rate Keith that much, I might be wrong but was never going to improve his position under GA

Spot on that was my interpretation of his time with us.

Let’s see if O’Connor gets offered a new contract?

I was at the game and I missed KVV being shown a yellow card but according to all match reports that I have read, there is only 2 bookings for us Slattery and Sol, no mention of KVV being booked!

Had to give it to O’Hara as he made the difference to the team when he came on, but understand why people were voting for Slattery

I think the game was played Friday, it would be interesting to see the team as we don’t have a reserve side but would give some of our squad a game likes of Fox Grimshaw, Slattery, Amaluzer and possibly Shaw (if he could play against his parent club), the score in these closed door games never matter just the performance, even Celtic fielded some of their stars that are coming back from injury.

Seemingly we played a closed door friendly with Celtic through the week, 5-2 to Celtic anyone with any info on team or goal scorers?

Now that everyone has calmed down and had a time to reflect there is no chance GA will be sacked and we really need to get behind the team starting against St Mirren and hope we get our win which might kick start our campaign again.

The next question would you play him against St Mirren if fit and the answer is an emphatic NO in fact unless he can convince GA that he wants to play I wouldn’t consider him for selection again!

Apart from his injuries I thought he was a decent enough player, but worries me it’s another player we are loosing to pre contract, would love to know if it’s another player that GA has fell out with!

I know there has been comments that we are making referees the excuse for our defeats, well I just saw Bobby Madden giving Rangers a penalty which was pretty soft in fact if referees gave a penalty for that incident at Dundee there will plenty of penalties…..sorry Rangers/Celtic will get plenty of penalties, I know it was missed the penalty but my point is that referees do make a difference to the results.

God knows what the team will be, I am not a lover of big changes but it would be nice to see Slattery or Shaw or Teirney get a chance.

The strangest thing is if we win both our games pre split we could be in the top 6!

David Munro to referee and the last time he refereed our game was at Tynecastle and gave Hearts 2 penalties and gave us a big fat 0 to make matters worse he is backed up by John Beaton as fourth official, what a combination!

I haven’t read every post but I didn’t see anyone mentioning that Lamie looked fully committed against his new employer, I actually thought he had a good game and you certainly cannot question his commitment for us.

I wonder if we will be practicing penalties? I have my doubts as I don’t think they practice shooting, judging on our recent performances. I really wonder what they do at training?

Just saw the highlights of Lincoln v Sheffield Wednesday although the score doesn’t matter 3-1 to Lincoln but Sheffield Wednesday’s goal was made by Marvin Johnson who ran up from around halfway and beating at least 6 players to make the cross for the goal, if only he was still with us.

What worries me is that both Ross County and Dundee were anything but impressive and we struggled against them with virtually no creativity, although I still think all these changes every game is not helping our cause, which only suggests that GA still doesn’t know his best eleven!

I know GA has said that KVV has not trained , but he never ruled him out so I wouldn’t be surprised for him to be in the squad at least

A very difficult game considering they beat us with 10 men in Dingwall and the game at Fir Park I thought they were unfortunate not to get a point, but no doubt we have to make sure Cooke doesn’t get the freedom of the pitch as he is their most influential and dangerous player, so hopefully a narrow win for us

I see Scott Fox getting a contract extension which is fair enough, goalkeeping is a strange position to cover but I have never seen him play for us, maybe someone can correct me but apart from friendly’s has he played a first team game?

Depending on our injuries, but I would guess it to be the same team as last Saturday, although I would be tempted to play Lamie in place of Solholm? Regardless of team I am not too optimistic but there again we never thought we would manage a draw last time at Ibrox

It’s being reported Our old manager Stephen Robinson is in line for the St Mirren job, I would be surprised at that if true, I wonder if he would come and get Lasley as an assistant?

Watched the highlights of the game, how WBA never scored I don’t know they easily could have been 4 up by half time, but have to say Campbell’s goal was a cracker.

A decent draw, but Motherwell being Motherwell by the time the game is played we could have a catalogue of injuries and Hibs might regain their form again, but I have said prior to the draw avoid the old firm and get a home draw so got to be positive for a victory.
