  1. I’d need to check as the picture is copyrighted and is set to feature in a Scottish Football picture book soon to be released. I don’t want to upset anyone as it’s still not even listed on our HFK away kit section yet. It’s nothing that out of the ordinary, however, when you spot something you haven’t seen before it intrigues you.
  2. I think you can do these via one of the football computer games as it has an option to create your own kit design. Very handy if you don’t know how to work photoshop or similar.
  3. In my opinion, black kits work much better with flashes of both claret and amber. It rarely looks good on it’s own.
  4. One of the consultants. it’s been a labour of love for myself, Matt Johnstone, Stuart (Motherwell historian) and Flow. It’s still a work in progress as we recently discovered an as yet unrecorded Motherwell away kit in a Scottish photographic archive. Oddities like this keep you going.
  5. How that was passed by anyone at the club is mind boggling. Instant dismissal.
  6. I also bought the blue one and has worn it to death. A quick colour change to an old mock up of mine. Proof that C&A goes with any colour.
  7. I also love racing green, however, I can only imagine Celtic orHibernian wearing it. Adidas did recently sell a polo shirt in green with a C&A hoop and it was very nice. Although, I can’t see us wearing green.
  8. Surely not, now if you had said fluorescent green then just maybe. Lol
  9. Not my thing, however, this kind of fluorescent colour against a mainly black base I believe is popular among a certain young demographic...
  10. Hopefully the people who make these decisions will show a bit of common sense.
  11. Fluorescent colours never engage me, but, from a commercial point of view we probably need to mix it up every now and then. And I hear the youngsters who buy kits are drawn to them.
  12. Looks like a pyjama shirt. Lol
  13. Drooling at that prospect. If you score 4 we’ll score 5.
  14. I could be a mile out, however, I have a feeling we might see a colour that we have never used in a outfield kit before. How about bright pink? Time to boldly go where no Well team have gone before.
  15. Derek Adams, takes charge of our fellow claret and amber brothers Bradford City
  16. I wouldn’t be surprised if tried something a bit off the wall with the new away as our recent second choice tops have been a bit more in the classic mould. So how wacky can we get?
  17. I like it. We have moved into the 21st century with the rubberised/silicon crest. This allows our Pantone colours to match the shirt, something that was never quite there with a stitched badge. We have also sharpened up the crest, something I’ve banged on about for years. The white on the claret band/hoop is a bit wide, personally I would have preferred this to be half the width. However, on the plus side we have a partial hoop with a gap left for the number. This should increase number printing sales as the top will look daft without one. A clever ploy by the club! Lol
  18. Lafferty is the only one I would touch. The rest are bottle merchants.
  19. Brilliant, well done to everyone involved.
  20. So where do we stand in the playing budget pecking order? 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th or last?
  21. I’d be surprised if it was much more than ours. I suspect our playing budget is pretty much the same as St Johnstone.
  22. The goal of the season was to avoid relegation. I’ll get ma coat.
  23. Whilst I would rather a team with a grass pitch stayed up we need to do our best to stay in 7th place.
  24. Not for me, plastic pitches are for Championship teams and Killie need to go down.
  25. The English don’t want them so I’m afraid we are stuck with the bigot brothers and their fans for the foreseeable.
