  1. Can't decide either.

Either my Bukta/Anglain home top with O'Donnell on the back, the home JAXX/Bukta top or the away Canterbury/JAXX top.

I'm swaying towrds the away Canterbury effort as thats what I wore to the semi final and I'll proabably wear the exact same gear, if only I could remember what socks and pants I had on. Cause things like that are important you know!

  2. You'd think that Obama guy would be on twitter.......might as well aim for the top ;)

He is. Whether it's him that uses it himself is another story.

I tried myself looking for Zach Braff and Dave Grohl to post it, but they're both c***s. Nothing yet.

  3. JOB has tried to get Charlie Sheen involved whilst Steven McGarry has been cheating by turning to his teammate Robbie Fowler. No idea if any have complied. Nice idea by Jamie it has to be said.

Sheen hasn't, as yet, posted the message. Fowler did reply to McGarry but only to say "You'll get me in trouble Steven".

  4. You don't have to buy the strip every year. And weans need to learn that they can't get their own way all the time - it's character building for them.

Yer aff yer heid. It'll never catch on.

  5. I've got a bit of a dilemma. I was denied time off for the game on Sat, but have decided I'm just going to duke work and go anyway. I should be in for a pretty decent bonus in July, provided I don't have any sick days.

Suggestions? Tell them my dugs deid?

You not entitled to some sort of emergency leave? As ON40Y says for a funeral, or in the event a pipe or something burts and the house is flooded so you couldn't leave.

  6. If its the place I'm thinking of its been on there for quite a while now. Has caught my attention in the past. Always just assumed it was a Roma scarf given its an Italian orientated place.

You could be right I suppose, I'm hardly ever through there.

It's halfway up the station. Think it used to be the Virgin Trains lounge or something.

  7. TBH, I wouldn't be in favour of that. There comes a point when we need to move on, and for me, we are beyond that now.

I thought the same thing TBH. Maxwell said he'd be pretty angry if either club or the SFA didn't make it happen and pay some sort or repsect to Phil.

  8. Looking at those pics it makes me thankful that the press haven't cottoned on and turned this into the Phil O'Donnell Final like they did with the Davie Cooper Final!

Ally Maxwell was in the paper last week asking that everything is done to make this happen, with a minute silence before the game too.

  9. Is anyone aware of a discount at any travel agents available through a deal with the club?

I was certain there was a voucher in the season tickets for Thomas Cook, but had a look the other day and couldn't see it.

  10. I live in Manchester, popping into the club shop isn't actually an option. After the cup final the only place I'll be popping into is the pub, the next day I'll be on a train home.

    <_>

How about someone from the club shop comes down and chaps your door then?

  11. The initial plan was for the team to wear this one off retro top in the game/date nearest to our anniversary. In order to do this you need approval from the powers that be (SFA, SPL, Commsworld). There may be other boring technical reasons why this plan never came to pass.

The club could have put a bit more effort and planning into it then, so everything was sorted long before now.

Christ, even Albion Rovers managed to have an anniversary top sorted with all the authorities a couple of seasons back when they wore the ble and yellow strips.

  12. Noticed on the seating plan yesterday that after the tickets were split between both teams there were still 11,000 left over for corporate and SFA use.

Thought I'd have a wee spy at the FA Cup allocations.

In a 90,000 seater stadium both Bolton and Stoke have been given an equal allocation of just 25,000 each with 40,000! going to corporate, The FA and neutral fans. It seems that's the standard allocations even allowing for Man U, Chelsea, Arsenal etc. making the final. That is shocking.
