I we are going to be charged then why not put the money to use and outsource cupfinal tickets sales to some ~UK~ call centre to deal with the sales.
Because then anyone could phone up for a ticket.
Besides is there not always a 5% charge for buying tickets? Was certainly the case for the semi final.

As in there will be plenty left, so no need? Or as in none left, so no point?
As in none left.

Still no official word on allocation and clarification as to whether there is scope for further tickets should we need them?
Not exactly official but the word in the shop down the street today was that the final allocation was the agreed 16,059.
EDIT: The club has been arguing its case for the last 10 days trying to be allocated extra tickets
They also think they might not need to have a ballot if things carry on as they are going.
Plenty of pre-orders for new season tickets have been taken which has boosted the number of tickets sold.

He's away back to Cyprus.
Released a couple of weeks ago I think.

I really like Jenning and would love him to stay but if he isn't going to sign a new contract, I think it would be best to leave him on the bench and play others who will be here next season so that McCall can decide what type of new players we need.
We need to keep him match fit for the final though.

The Sutton to Rangers story has been doing the rounds since the start of the year. He'd be going their as back-up to Jelavic I reckon. Don't see those 2 being a partnership.
I suppose the Hateley one makes sense given his links to McCoist via his da' and agent. He's hit a bit of form again recently and I can't see Diouf or Davis being there next season so they'll need to bolster midfield.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets you can apply for in the ballot?
-
whats wrong with people who make a big financial commitment to the club, ie season ticket holders getting first the first chance to buy tickets, not just for the final but for any game ?
I don't think that's what he means.
I think he's talking about the pre-sale for people who buy a season ticket for next season. i.e Trying to give those who don't have 1 this season a wee nudge towards pre-ordering next season's season ticket just to unsure they get a cup final ticket

I'm guessing there's a chance that our last game of the season against Celtic will be televised? There doesn't appear to be any games marked as live television games for that day yet.
It probably will be. They'll just be waiting to see how the league is standing at that point.
They will either show the game of who has already won the league, or they will be broadcasting both games simultaneously

I always had it in my head that was a 1-0 game.
-
does it say what time kick off is (My brother can't make an early kick off)
Cup final ALWAYS kicks off at 3pm.

At least E.T went home

You should be playing First Division, maybe even second division football just now anyway. You have Falkirk to thank for that one
You lot should be playing Champions League football by now should you not?
Competing for the trophy in 3 years, was that not what Vlad said?
-
Think it should he full time job too. Would make it better imo
It's not really made much difference in England.
They might even be worse now.

You tried to get Scottish winter ingrained Rugby Park mud and grass out of white togs on a Monday morning before? I think its safe to say his position changed.
We've had plenty of white away strips recently, I doubt it's taken him until this seasons strips to come to this conclusion.
Probably more likely it'll become a 3rd kit to allow a new away strip. That was the usual plan until a couple of seasons ago.

reaarange that sentance a bit and there'd be one hell of an atmosphere!
Did we find out yet who she's been playing/getting wet with?
-
just got to say, that i seen a good few people stealing till roll for other peoples seats (mine included) which ruined it. thats how we ended up with the timing being off and bits randomly being thrown ect.
Was it not a case of people collecting the stuff themselves from the guys with the boxes of stuff at the top of the stairs, rather than everything already being laid out at each seat?

Does Willie Haughey not still have the sponsorship right this season?
He had them last year and gave them up to the government to put the 'homecoming' name to it.
Pretty sure he had the same set up this season.

and they are not bad mannerd or '' scruffy dressed '' i know my part on designer clothing and these lads are wearing the best of it !
Gok Wan on their side or not, still seems like they are well out of order.
Sounds to me like a bunch of dicks that can't dish it out but cannae take it.
The type that'll stand and have a go at someone and call them all sorts, then just say 'we're just kidding mate, only having a laugh'. Then as soon as someone says anything back they run off to call their mates for back up and tear into the lot of them.

Paul Harvey has himself a trade.
Pretty sure he's a joiner. Seen him on the train a few times heading into Milngavie in the mornings with his tool kit.

I think we could sell ours...........................
Easily.
Here's the way I'm looking at it.
Something around 7,000/7,500 there yesterday. You can guarentee everyone one of those will know at least one person who didn't go yesterday but will definitely be at the final. That takes it to about 15,000, and that's being conservative about it.
Then you start to add ex-pats and peoples families and kids who will all be going along too.
It's not long in adding up.
-
The only prediction I'll me this early is that everyone is well short with their thoughts on our crowd. I think we could easily take 20,000 to this.
I hope the club wont be bullied about how to split the allocation.
-
I also smile at the mental image of John Boyle bursting into the studio Scottish Cup in hand shouting at him, Jim Bowen Bullseye stylee "Here's what you could have won....."
With his tie round his head, the cup full of booze and 1 shoe missing.

Ye wull see 2 of them the night as managers, Norwich v. Forest, Lambert v. Davies.
If they were both promoted, that would make it 5 teams in English Premier league wae ex-Well players in charge.
Birmingham - big Eck
Wigan - Martinez
Bolton - Coyle
Norwich - Lambert
Forest - Davies
wae McAllister being assistant at Villa
Not bad furra wee team fae Lanarkshire.
Make that 4, 'cause Wigan are doon.
I'm sure I seen big Sieb Dyksta in a porno the other night.
As well as that, Sieb went on to be a prison guard or something along those lines.

Cup Final Tickets

The 5% charge was definitely included for semi final tickets. Pretty sure it's always been there. Not 100% sure right enough, as I generally pay cash to avoid paying the 5% charge for paying by card.
The club has the database of ST holders but if they outsource that to a call centre then that's where the problems start. Sure they could send out a list but transferring the entire database is a fair task.
