  1. I reckon most of those out of contract will go, the manager did say at the AGM Rose has been offered a new deal but hasn't came back to him whether he will sign it, apparently his wife may be keen to go back to America, Rose he felt wants to stay here. Bowman I think is a certainty to go as are the likes of Watt, Griffiths, Grimshaw and possibly Newell or Petra.
  2. Robinson certainly wont be out the door anytime soon, You'd also be shocked to find that per 90 mins Elliot Frear puts in the most crosses into the box, he's certainly not a dud that your making nor is Bigi who is one of our most creative midfielders at the club. In terms of the youngsters the manager recently stated at the AGM that the youngsters of Adam Livingstone, David Turnbull, Barry Maguire and Ross Maclean are very close to being ready to step into the first team. I'm certainly not for chucking in a whole load of kids early and watch them look well out their depth, when they are ready they will play simple, that's whole ethos of the club.
  3. That's all we did with the scots was look at them, most are out of contract this summer so probably being looked at for next season rather than now. Mchugh isn't suspended for the Ross county game, he served his ban in the last game with accies, it's an error on SFA website.
  4. I see we've beaten Ostersunds 1-0 to end our winter break in Tenerife, Allan Campbell getting the goal from an Adam Livingstone cross.
  5. Well I believe we will find the form of early season and finish well away from the drop, our fans excel in nothing but negativity when it comes to what we do. The players and manager believe we can challenge for top 6 and I firmly believe we can as well.
  6. No question where we will be next season, the same as right now, we will be no danger whatsoever this season.
  7. Krapee as you call him as been watched by bigger clubs than Motherwell this season, he will go on to play at a higher level than us in the future as well.
  8. Kipre has had teams watching but don't think any offers been made, but even if Hartley signed they still wanted another defender on top of that as well so maybe getting Heneghan on loan is an added bonus as it wouldnt cost us much.
  9. I think the break has came at absolutely the right time, we should be at full strength come accies cup game minus Hartley from being sent off at full time but certainly having a fully fit squad and the added lift of a couple of signings i reckon could help produce results again.
  10. I'd go as far as saying if Carson and Hartley are back tomorrow then we will win
  11. Season long loan but talks have started about making his stay here permanent, i reckon it will happen
  12. The game had also been moved to Airdrie albeit never announced officially by the club on twitter but seen a response from Alan Burrows telling someone had the game gone ahead it was moved to Airdrie due to stirlings pitch being waterlogged.
  13. I thought Hammell was one of our best players yesterday, also very impressed by Newell who's not fully match sharp yet after a long lay off but would play him for the 20s during the week before starting him next saturday as he looked more likely to score than either Bowman or Fisher.
  14. If we can get a fairly good striker that can score goals to replace Moult and sign Peter Hartley permanently then id be delighted with that for our January dealings.
  15. Yeah Newell is only just back from 3 months out with a foot injury so id imagine is well short of match sharpness, id imagine will play for the under 20s next week in order to build up his fitness again.
  16. A potential player id look at if i was Motherwell is Lewis Vaughan of Raith Rovers, 21 year old striker who has 23 goals in all competitions this season and would meet our model of someone we can bring in develop further and move on for a hefty profit.
  17. McHugh just as bad as Kipre at the goal, not to mention our manager claiming there's apparently a handball from Lafferty before he gets the shot away.
  18. Maclean started the Edinburgh city cup game, then came on up at dingwall which I think was the last time he played for us, wouldn't surprise me if he actually goes out on loan in January. Since we've done so well in the league the youngsters have had to wait longer for their debuts.
  19. Moult will be fine, it was a tight hamstring for him and he went off as a precaution. Carson shoulder was definitely affecting him, could barely move his arm for the last 2 goals if he was ok I reckon he would've got to the header that Tait tried to get back to him for the 4th goal. If he's out then I've got plenty faith in Russell Griffiths stepping in for him.
  20. Shame there isnt an option for both, i mean how dare we try to beat the mighty Celtic who need to make sure theyve got the referee well briefed to bail them out when they are in trouble.
  21. There is interest in a couple of players and we will sell if the money is right, Moult being a most obvious one but there a couple others teams have been watching.
  22. Newell has been injured for the last couple months, I believe had to get go for an operation which is why he hasn't featured in any squads let alone the under 20s. Plummer has been fit but perhaps hasn't had the desired impact they thought when he signed.
  23. Nope, its not as this was rearranged from semi final weekend, Rangers v Aberdeen is the televised Scottish game tomorrow night.
  24. Would happily take a red card if it means someone volleying that prick Sinclair off the park! This game wont be hard to motivate the players for they will be gunning for revenge after yesterday, i saw enough yesterday to know we can beat Celtic on wednesday,
