At the end of the day it will make fuck all difference to any of us. Season tickets will be renewed, strips bought, society money paid etc etc etc, season after season and we will all go along and watch the Well.

We are all in this for the long haul, or at least we should be.
I don't expect anything from the Team in terms of trophies, league position, Europe etc.
The main problem we have as a support is that the younger element are spoiled, the older fans amongst us will remember relegation battles or even actual relegation. It all made no difference to us as fans. We still paid our money, followed the team and enjoyed the ride.
The club are going through major changes, we all hope for the better. In the meantime all we can do is support the team. No one wants to be relegated, however que sera sera, its all part of being a Well fan.

Kilmarnock,Airdrie and Clyde all currently scouting in our back yard. Apparently now extremely difficult for young players to get picked up by us, unless they are associated to Braidhurst.

From where I was sitting, never a red card in a month of Sundays. He should never have been allowed to ref another Well game this season after the McManus red. Useless wee rat bastard. Not to mention the elbow, Anderson kicking the ball away or Crofts dive. Absolutely useless arsehole, completely incompetent wee twat.

It seems that the club are holding out for fan ownership come what may. Its obvious that the trust isn't sustainable and cant be relied upon to provide the financial stability we need. That is the basic difference between us the the clubs of similar size around us. They have financial backing whether from one of more sources.
I don't have an issue with the trust being used to back up another source of financial support. I do have a problem with it being used as an alternative .
We need to be welcoming any offer of financial backing (as long as the club survives), not desperately searching for fans to bail us out to the tune of £10k each minimum. I don't know many who will be able to do so and certainly not on an ongoing basis.

The thought that someone may be waiting in the wings to invest in or buy the club is more comforting than the Well Society is.

Apparently he is one of several top earners that Sevco are trying to offload prior to contracted pay increases taking effect. Elbows is off to Clyde I hear.

for what it is worth, the Society is a good idea and fan ownership would be magic. However a club our size need more financial support than the Society can provide. We should always be looking for investment.

I cant afford to pay for a Society membership on top of my season ticket. I could however afford to pay into a few games in addition to my season ticket.
Or possibly make a financial donation at the turn style a few times during the season.
