Is it not the case that in the not toooo distant past Belgium had a bit of a crisis, completely binned everything they were doing from Schoolboy level all the way up and did all kinds of revolutionary shit. TV rights are only worth what someone will pay for them. I don't think anyone has been deliberately getting us a poor deal. In most other countries is it not the case their national broadcaster pays a fortune for the rights?
