Guys... Wondering if I could get a bit of help. I am currently a student over at Strathclyde Uni studying marketing. I'm in my 4th year and working on my dissertation which basically looks at the community work the Scottish clubs undertake. I have undertaken an interview with Bobby Jenks the community manager at the club, but also looking for some fan feedback. I would like to know: 1) Your general feelings on the community work the club carry out whether it be the Learning Centre, Support Employment, the Mini Steelkids or any other scheme? 2) How do you think these activities affect the Motherwell brand? 3) And is there any way you think the community work can affect fan loyalty? It would be great to hear your thoughts, whether you have or have not experienced any of the projects. I will be using some of the comments in the dissertation so if you would prefer me not to use your comment then just say so in your post. Thanks in advance.
