The wife was successful too but thankfully we were sorted for tickets. I have missed one home game in about 3 years and didn't get any feedback, If the missus hasn't declined them, thats four tickets someone could mibee have. There is still time to for the club to contact you mate. They will be thousands of names to try and get through, and it will take more than one day to get through everyone. Will I be able to go up and get the tickets? Yeah you can go get them. They will ask for a refrence number but its ok if you dont have one. They just take the details you gave in the ballot.
