Keith Lasley's tackling was brilliant throughout the game, and while Ojamaa was excellent again as was Randolph. keith for me.

Another vote for Keith from me. Brilliant today, was everywhere. Two brilliant tackles in the lead up to the first goal which was a a running theme for him throughout the match. Constantly chasing, getting a toe in and making things difficult for the opposition and his goal rounded off a great performance. Okay it may have taken a massive deflection but it was Lasley who won the ball back at the edge of his own box, played it put wide, got it back just inside his own half and carried it 30 yards before having a go(something I wished we tried more often) and getting his reward. Great display.

 

Thought most of the team were very good, special mention to Randolph and obviosuly Ojamaa. However thought Hammell was very ropey today and gave the ball away for both goals. Also thought Murphy was quiet and not suited to whatever job he was doing in the 2nd half.

 

Overall all though great performance and a cracking game.

I went for Randolph. made a couple of really important stops at times where to lose a goal would have been a big confidenece crusher. Special mentions to Oojamma, Las and Jennings.

Lasley for me. His tackling and breaking up of opposition play was superb and he capped off a fine performance with a goal.

Las and Jenno had great games, but Henriks goals give him the edge for me.

Obviously big kudos to Henrik, but I thought our midfield pairing were the best two on the park. Jennings shades it.

There was a few good battling performances yesterday, but for me it comes down to a contest between Lasley and Ojamaa. Ojamaa’s two goals just shades it for me.

Choice between Lasley and Ojamaa and having rewatched the game on Alba I went for Lasley

Randz. No chance for the 1st& cant really expect to save pens. Everything else he dealt with including some top drawer saves. Won us the 3 points in my opinion

Jenno for me, fucking class act, its no coincidence that Lasley plays at the top of his game when the Scouser is there watching his back.

 

We are going to have one hell of a job replacing Randy and Jenno in the Summer if the inevitable happens.
