I also think that this case was a McCall's word v Thomson's and Thomson has said that he didn't swear and wasn't aggressive it was a dead easy case. They've had plenty opportunites to 'prove a point' Lennon has got away with it so far cos he's Celtic boss, no other reason but sooner or later there will come a time when he has to be brought into line.
