A cracking interview with Joe Wark notworthy.gif which was probably filmed by my mate when he worked for the Motherwell video resource centre in the mid 80s. The interviewer is rock vocalist Doogie White who was the lead singer of La Paz and Rainbow.

La Paz

Doogie was a great guy, no matter what he did he would usually dress like your typical 70s/80s rock star. He could fairly belt out a tune as well. But best of all he is a big Motherwell fan.

He also interviewed Ian St.John around the same time., and it’s rare to see him wearing a suit jacket.

Definitely should be added to the list of celeb Motherwell fans. I am sure that he still goes to a few games when he gets the opportunity, and his classic rock voice would be a welcome addition to the singing section!

Doogie White is a close friend of my family, have never heard of him supporting Motherwell, he's never really spoke much about football. Always thought he was a Celtic man, which could be why.

That's probably more like it, wee slight difference in the sentence structure makes more sense

Anyways, couple of belting interviews with two real club legends, had the pleasure of talking to both gentlemen at length and they certainly didn't dissolve any illusions this star struck fan had of them. :notworthy: :notworthy:

I am pretty certain that he is a Motherwell fan, hopefully Delboy on here will confirm it as he has much closer ties with Doogie than I do.
