Ian Cathro .... interesting one there - exposure to the Spanish market, if leaves on good terms maybe blood a lot of their young players on loan deals (I"m sure Gattuso doesn't regret his time in Scotland and what it did for his career), continental work ethic and fitness regime, could have legs. John Collins springs to mind. Agree completely with that, its as if they have no desire to better themselves. John Collins wanted to implement a 9-5 culture, diet, tactics, fitness and conditioning. Scottish pro's want to go to Nando's, play snooker and hit Willie Hill's sadly. Kinda why I'm happy one of the countries best prospects in Ryan Gauld has got out of it here and is off to Portugal. (Express) This is never a good thing to do because if we get a lucky win (which we are surely due) he suddenly becomes a serious contender for the job and from a Club perspective he is the cheapest option and then they combine that with Las stepping up into an assistants role to soften the blow and sell it to the fans! When Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink is on MotD he looks completely mindless and all the words coming out his mouth are being coached to him through his ear piece. Might be a bit unfair but doesn't exactly inspire confidence unless it's a managerial genius that's remote controlling him. His record in coaching/management doesn't really stand out either. I remember getting a "tip" a few years ago, and was betting on the next Newcastle manager. Ant and dec were 1000/1, jimmy 5 bellies 750/1 and jimmy nail was 500/1. Im not confident about tonight either but i dont think we are as bad as you make out. A slip on the grass caused us to lose the last two games. If things were going for us we were due a draw minimum in both. I would suggest we were probably the better team in both games.
