I must confess to listening to the show in car on the way home from work quite a lot. The formula of the show is quite simple.

Ewen reads the Daily Record or The Sun an hour before the show starts, shuts his eyes and points at whatever story his finger lands on.

This then becomes the topic for the day.

Ewen then antogonises the public listening by taking one side and Alan Rough will take the other side. An argument will then occur.

The producers then screen the calls and the usual punter is an Old Firm fan who is maybe drunk or shouting down their phone. Ewen and Roughy then slag them off and the process continues.

Sometimes they bring on a caller with more than an ounce of intelligence and they might say something sensible which will cause Ewen to crack a joke as he is incapable of having a well rounded debate.

The show usually ends with Roughy confused about something and Ewen doing his Mutley laugh usually at the expense of another caller.

Its like Haribo sweets - addictive, but has no substance.

Heard him in the car a while a go, trying to take the piss. Also said that he thinks McGhee regrets not going to Hearts everyday of his life.

I for one am very worried about Mr Cameron's mental health and hope he make a full recovery.

PS. What's the cure for being a massive cum stain?

Has anyone got the link for the wind up where Robin Galloway and Alan Rough got Ewan Cameron a belter by telling him that his bosses were on to him for renting the Porn channel in a a hotel he'd been staying in through his work and they were going to send the bill to his wife? It's hilarious as you can hear Cameron absolutely cacking himself as he falls for it and then Roughie asks him if the film he was watching had a lesbian theme and Cameron goes "Erm, naw it hud guys in it ah think" :(

But seriously FUCK Ewan Cameron and the likes of him. There's no getting away from the fact that our pitch is in an unacceptable condition and the club need to get their finger out and sort it ASAP, but the over the top, melodramatic garbage that has been spouted over the past week has just been pathetic. I've not heard what Cameron has said but I can imagine, but the man is a muppet who should be laughed at or ignored.

As I stated earlier in the thread, I'm not into any of the phone-in's so I don't know if this current attack on the club is solely down to the pitch or whether its been sustained over other issues for a while.

It struck me though, are this mob just in the huff because we knocked back their sponsorship deal to change the name to the Real Radio Stadium or whatever it was? Would we be getting it quite so tight from Cameron if their name was plastered over four stands? Just a thought.

For anyone who listens to the phone ins, Ewan Cameron has started his show tonight with the predictable pitch bashing and his sensationalist nonsense "Should Motherwell be chucked out the SPL/Docked points/forced to play their home games elsewhere" and has 'Gazza' the Rangers fan from Shotts on to back him up with it.

Now, I'm very much of the opinion that Ewan Cameron is an idiot who merely spouts things just to get attention(and it's working here I'm afraid cos I'm giving him it), but for anyone who does phone that show, why not ask him why he seems to have completely overlooked the major talking point from last night's game in order to start this nonsense up again.

Not that I'm trying to defend our pitch, it's a disgrace no two ways about it but it was the same for both sides last night and Motherwell managed to play some decent stuff on it.

What actually is the rule that would mean we would be deducted points or indeed thrown out of the SPL. As I understand it the only thing the SPL can do is fine us if we cannot meet the fixture list, It comes down to the decision of the referee whether or not the surface is playable and acordingly By dint of a match on it last night it is clearly playable.

What rule is cameron then stating? Is it in the rule book? If not the rule of law tells him to go shove it up his arse, fecking prick!

Oh and by the way it wasnae offside start your program with that....!

That's the point of a prestenter like that, comes at something from leftfield to get people on the phone. He's very much a poor mans Adrian Durham(talksport) who does this role perfect.

... Should Rangers be deducted points as a result of their fans' continued sectarian behaviour.

Despite numerous warnings and sanctions this behaviour still continues.

Granted Rangers, as a club, have tried their utmost to address the situation. Unfortunately this is to no avail.

Anyone see a parallel? Shhh though, doesn't suit the agenda

deflect deflect ............... nothing ever changes. the real issue was the officials cheating.

bottom line, cosmetically the pitch aint pretty, but it was playable, as per the officials, and as per our team's outstanding performance of football on the deck.

The statement that it could injure a player is stupid. Any pitch, in any condition can injure a player. That's part and parcel of football. Pitch snobery indeed. deflect deflect. Then he has a cheek to say the media and officials are not pampering to Rangers.
