If not, you can add in Cameroon for Herman Umbongo or whatever his name was. That was kinda the rule I was going for, but not like its a law or anything. I wasn't sure about Charalambous - I did see him come off as a sub once at Fir Park but may have been a friendly. No idea of Hermna Umbongo - who was he? Met him in Hong Kong a few years back - not knowing who he was - and he told me he had played for 'Well, coming off as a sub in one game. It might have been a friendly. He has quite an extensive wikipedia page that he obviously keeps up himself so i'd take any claims with a pinch of salt.
