To be fair quite a few of our players could have played regularly during the break and it wouldn't make any difference to their lack of pace. Of our starting 11 only Cadden has any real pace. Bit worried about Barrie Mckay, everything dangerous that Rangers do is coming from him but otherwise I don't they have troubled us too much. Missing McDonald though big time. milo Posted January 21, 2017 Report Share Posted January 21, 2017 I'm at work so can't watch this but the starting 11 doesn't offer much hope and these half time reports don't make good reading. You could also argue though that we've held them to 0-0 at half time but in the second half we really have to get stuck in. Normally I'd be of the opinion that if a player is only half fit like McDonald is then you start him and bring him of after 45-60 minutes but maybe his introduction later is part of the game plan?
