Aberdeen score while we are down to 10 men with Hartley off for treatment with head injury.

Maguire stepping back to centre half, and losing out to Cosgrove. (And we were a bit naive in keeping possession when we went to 10 men).

Has all the hallmarks of "one of those games" already with a missed pen and short handed goal.

Polworth and Scott having quiet game but that’s probably due to Aberdeen.  Hardly given a pass to Scott’s feet. Mostly down the left but Aberdeen making sure there is no room. Our goal came from Long loosing the ball much too easily when everyone was moving forward to attack and they just caught us with quick break with us all caught out of position

Penalty miss seemed to knock our confidence and energy. To many loose passes and mistakes. Aberdeen out muscled us all over the park and everthing they hit ended up in the net. Well beat in the end, but youve got to wonder what would have happened if we had scored the penalty. Small margins, like most games involving the majority of teams in our league.

Hard to imagine a more comprehensive pumping.

Match analysis will be pretty simple.  Aberdeen defended better, were better in midfield and more dangerous going forward.

Our manager didn't react quickly enough tactically to obvious deficiencies and the first couple of  substitutions were pointless.

Overall it could and should have been more than 0-3.

A total failure from top to bottom.

Losing a goal when choosing to play with 10 and losing one while delaying a substitute are classic Motherwell fuck ups since McCall was here.

Campbell and Polworth were heavily found out today and Long should be asking for a new squad number because he is never a centre forward in a million. Seedorf has had his David Ferrere moments and adds nothing.

First decent team we have played since Celtic and once again we were found wanting all over the pitch .Why is Seedorf getting a start offered nothing and very little in recents game .Probably Alan Campbell's worse game this season and Polworth well enough said . Big bit in the Sun this morning about the scouting system unearthing gems well everyone of this season signings today were mince and the manager only has a plan A not a plan B in sight
