Looks like we are settling for just staying in the league, no heart, no fight, no desire to win games with a potential of European football, for guys in our side you would think that would be a massive incentive.

Looks like the 3 million profit will be needed to majorly overhaul this squad come the summer.

Midfield has been poor all season but before the split we looked reasonably solid and had watt as our main goal threat,it wasnt pretty at times but it was effective, were now a shambles at the back and have zero threat up front.if you don't score goals, you don't win games and we now have the problem where it looks like all it will take is one goal and were beaten.

Not sure I’d allow those involved in the current recruitment process any more attempts, none of their signings will be attracting any bids in the near future

As well as being our main goalscorer, Watt was generally our only outball, because he could control the ball, beat players and win fouls. We have no one that can do any of that now. Passing from the 'footballers' in midfield tonight was awful.

Some perspective required here, we have been utter shite since the mid season break only 2 points gained, and every other team round  about us has been exactly  the same, maybe worse in the case of Aberdeen and hibs, only Livi and St M have put a run together and got back in the mix for top 6 and Europe.

After tonight we are still joint 4th so as bad as we have been its all  to play for with regard to top 6 and Europe,  its odds on one of the uglies will win the cup so 4th and 5th should get Europe in the  new conference tournament.

So we can only improve, 7 games to the split and 21 points to be won 4 wins from that should see us top 6 and therefore in with a decent shout at a Euro spot, keep the faith guys  we will come good.

Spot on,he would graft his balls off every game as well, setting the tone for others round about him, there's to many going through the motions right now and in need of a serious boot up the arse.

Not replacing Watt was a big mistake. Said so at the time.

Our best midfield this season was Goss - Maguire - Slattery.  We've not been able to play that midfield due to injuries and I'm afraid Donnelly isn't up to scratch.  Alexander needs to back what worked previously if these players are available again.

At least you’ve given me some hope reading that spiderpig! Despite the fact I don’t share your faith!!
