According to BBC sport Rangers have asked the SPFL  to have the game moved back a day to Saturday 23/4

SPFL look at Rangers request to move Motherwell tie before Europa semi with RB Leipzig - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/61128075

Presumably they sounded us out first before approaching the SPFL? We're the home club after all.

Wouldn’t have a problem with this if I’m honest. As long as the club have been approached and involved in the relevant discussions and are okay with it then it makes no difference moving it to the Saturday.

Turned up at the end of the game and ran into the ground letting off fireworks and banger's. Amongst a support predominantly made up of women and children.

Fuckin scum.

Big brave men kicking off with women and young families. Liberty taking cowards.

No doubt the same mob of wee fannies who spray painted the walls around FP late at night last season before a closed doors game between the sides the next day.

Just follow the link on the official site via Matches/First Team Fixtures

No surprise there at all

Hopefully we give this mob a good game on Sunday and for the first time in a long time win a league game against them

Sick of hearing about their 55 titles etc, and how they are superior to every club in not just Scotland but Europe as well

In all seriousness though  GA does have a decent record in this fixture with 3 draws from 4 so far,  hopefully we will get a much needed 3 points  as the Euro places are well within our reach right now, despite the poor form of 2022

3 days notice to change your plans for the weekend. We are getting shafted. A joke for people who have made arrangements based on the game being on Sunday.

Burrows not as outspoken as he was at Christmas about fixtures. It's obviously a good chance to get back in favour with Rangers and MFC and the supporters get shafted again.

He could appear on every TV and radio interview going at Christmas but wasn't able to tweet until after this fixture got changed. Nae bother Alan.

Why would he need to tweet before the game was moved back to the Saturday ffs, as I don't think the club was bothered what day it was played. the police and Sky TV are calling the shots.

Burrows has said on Twitter the club were part of the decision and preferred to change it to the Saturday. So you are wrong.

So 4 days from being contacted and not a peep about the club's intentions.
