A massive difference from last season.

Just remember that visiting teams will be able to play better on our new surface as well. In saying that our shocking performance on St.Mirren's 'bowling green' surface is a reminder we don't always play at our best on a decent park.

There's a patch at the corner betweem the DC and the Phil O'Donnell which doesn't look too clever. A killie player also took a major chunk out of the pitch at touchline which made it look like it's not totally knitted.

 

Was that not the join between pitch and astro? I saw a Killie player stamping a bit down over the Main Stand side at a throw in.

I was under the impression that the grass was grown from seed so that knitting wasn't an issue.
