Richmond today ( as always when we get him ) had another shocker. Stonewall penalty in the first half -- no chance. Last minute not even an appeal from ICT and penalty given. Charlie Richmond got this key decision totally and utterly wrong. Adam Rooney committed not 1, not 2 but 3 clear fouls in the lead up. While on Tokely .... noticed he ran straight off pitch at final whistle, without shaking any hands. Tweed Posted December 28, 2008 Report Share Posted December 28, 2008 I don't think Charlie Richmond is that bad a referee but I didn't think he had a particularly good game yesterday. We should have had a pen in 1st half (I actually thought Tokely played the ball at the time but having seen it on Alba he didn't). No arguments with the one they got. I thought he should have been penalising them a bit more for making a back as both centre halfs seemed to do it all the time.
