    2) I'm buggered if I'm going to be bullied by yet another manager to dig into my pockets for the umpteenth time to satisfy their ego's despite making them well aware of our finances before starting.

    Got to love the JOB debate, there's no middle ground. :lol:

     

    My take on him is that he has a ton of skill, and is an incredibly hard worker. However, his footballing brain is severely lacking and far too often for us he was completely ineffectual. He probably will be missed a little, but he'll also be easily replaced. If he was as good as some folk on here think, how come bigger clubs weren't banging down our door for him? I don't harbour any bad feeling for the guy, hope he does well doon south.

    An absurd comparison!!

     

    O' Brien must have won us as many penalties as Smith scored goals never mind his own 4 goals. How many goals did he assist in - either crossing it in or taking the ball down field purely on his own? Opposition fans and managers had him down as our main dangerman - not unfounded opinions. O' Brien must have contributed to at least 30 Motherwell goals in the last 2 seasons. Like the guy who has the highlights on his phone said there is fact to back this up!

     

    Fraud of a footballer? If you are calling the most naturally gifted footballer we have had in 2 years, someone who picks the ball up and runs at people and generally never gave up chasing if he got brushed off the ball a fraud, I wonder what you call some of the less talented pros at the club!!

     

    This may be the funniest post I've read on this forum. Tell us another.

    I'd be keeping Craigan for sure. The rest, Lasley, McGarry etc, can all go asap, they're no any better than the guys playing week in week out the now and they don't appear to offer us anything useful.

    I remember feeling totally cheated the day Princess Di snuffed it ....

     

    .....it was a Sunday , and we were due to play Killie that day, if we won we went top of the league, well I was like a wean on Christmas morning when I got up .....then its all over the tv and radio that Di had snuffed it , and the game was cancelled ! :P

     

    we were then a game behind, and started dropping points, so we never went top.

     

    spent the whole day feeling cheated out of top spot in the league !!

     

    Yeah I mind that too, total fucking disgrace that game got cancelled.

     

    The Brian Welsh cup game and the Van Hooijdonk (or whatever his name was) injury time winner at parkhead are probably my two most painful ones.

    See, if someone called anyone on here a paedo then they could get you done big-time for it. It's simply just not allowed in this day and age and you could end up in a huge amount of shit for doing so, whether or not you meant it. Just by sayin it could see you ending up in Court. Unless you're convicted of being a paedo, you can't be called one. If someone does call you one, and you aint, you can sue them shitless for it. The stigma attached to it nowadays means that you cannot call someone a paedo without them actually being one.

     

    Honestly, I'd fucking love it if McGhee sued one of the dafties admitting to it on here, they deserve all they get.

    Wonder if GazzyB was at Pittodrie.

     

    Hopefully he was and will admit to being there and taking part in the vile and repulsive singing. Then he can be named, shamed and banned from Fir Park for life. Same goes for any other moron who has the guts to own up. Bet there's not many willing to do that though.

     

    That anyone can even try to justify what went on is beyond belief.

     

    Great post. It's totally unacceptable to take part in that sort of abuse. Some folk are moronic beyond belief and the attempts to justify the behaviour is laughable. For a member of this board to defend it is sickening. Fuck off to a club that deserves you, ye don't belong here, complete and utter scumbags.
