I do think Law has the potential to be a fairly solid player for us, but there's a lot of work to do. His positioning (or lack of) can be astounding at times. Can this be coached out of him?
Fuck sake, our squad is no worse than Partick Thistle's,Killie's or United's and we should still be able to compete with ICT, Accies and Dundee. Bottom six dogfight- possibly. But a bit too early to be relegating ourselves.
I've said before that I don't remember much from his first spell, so can someone fill me in on
- His handling of O'Donnell's death
-Him whoring himself out (I remember him applying for the Hearts job... I think?)
I'd be pretty happy with Mcghee - though I'm too young to remember much about his first spell other than O'Donnell, Nancy and pumping Celtic, so my memories may be slightly rose tinted.
McCall being involved in some way would sap lots of that enthusiasm though.
It was published in the Sun, maybe not the a haven of truth but a bit more reputable than some Internet random.

Grimshaw - McManus - Chalmers - Law
What the fuck? Surely we won't be lining up like that at the back?
Edit: wait, is Kennedy playing? That would be much more sensible.
That story about Calderwood bullying and ostracising Ryan O'Leary at Kilmarnock when he found out he had depression made me a bit uncomfortable about the idea of him ever managing us.
Erwin was very effective for a few months in the certain system we employed but I'm not sure if he's actually any better than a top Championship/bottom Premiership player. Not saying he can't improve but imo he'll be way out of his depth in England.
Not really tbh, just off the top of my head they've payed fees for Muirhead and Anier this year. Remember McCall saying that they were paying Bilate ridiculous wages as well.
