  1. On the subject of Cadden, I think we should be fair to the boy and sell him in the summer.
Firstly, whilst he has always given 100%, I believe that he has not progressed by our need to play him at wing back (he is not a natural defender and cannot head the ball).  Unless Robinson decides to play 4-4-2 with Cadden on the right of midfield or 4-3-3 as we played in the second half on Saturday, we will not get the best out of him.  Ultimately we may see the loss of a prize asset and see one of our finest  talent not fulfill their potential.
Secondly, he will be mixing with players on the Scotland trip of most of whom will be of no better talent the him but all of which will be earning vastly more which will come out as the players socialise.  On return I suspect this plus the influence of his snake oil salesman (= agent) will push for a move.
On the assumption that he will get a cap at some point over the two games, the best outcome for both club and player would be a big money transfer
I think by the time he come back off internuduty he will be heading to Aberdeen

  2. Mabye of no significance whatsoever but FWIW I was up at Fir Park today and I saw what looked like a footballer and partner being shown round the ground by Mr Robinson.
As I could only see him from a distance I cant tell you who he is but he looked very tall.
For all I know mabye our manager was just showing a family member where he works.
Wee resemblance to Gunnar Neilson though!!!
Jack Alnwick looks a bit like nielson

  3. More changes required than most people seem to realise, I’m  afraid.
    Back-up/replacement keeper - check
    Aldred replacement - check
Left Sided wide player - check
competent holding midfielder to replace McHugh - check
    Striker x 2 - check

probabaly needing 6 bodies in the summer. Someone capable of playing a pass would be highly welcome however with Robinson, we shouldn’t be holding the breath on that one.
dead wood like Frear and Diamantis should we cut away and sadly I can see Bigi also facing the door.
personally, I’d move McHugh on however it’s a bold move and one I doubt we will make.
Personally I would get shot of McHugh. I would take Alfred permanent and my back 3 would be dinner Alfred and Hartley I would push kipre forward ever so slightly and have him sit in front of the back three. He's not shy to push forward, has confidence to do so, can play a decent pass, big strong and wins most ball weather that be in the air or on the ground. Middle would be Tait on left Campbell middle cadden right tanner Infront main and possibly some when can link up better with him

  4. The support and the belief is amazing. I truly believe this is our year. Surrounded by my wife's family all being Tim's can't wait to stick it to them. Myself and my son will be there cheering on the mighty well. I was at the 91 cup final at the age of 3 with my dad and have photos holding the cup I cannot wait to replicate this with one of my boys he's five and been buzzing since the semi final!! Sounds like I am a glory hunter but been a loyal season ticket holder since I was 5 now 30. My son has just enjoyed his first season ticket and we cannot wait to celebrate it together. The closer it gets the more emotional I keep getting. The hairs have stood up on my neck and arms all week and I have believed since the Betfred final this would be our year and as the week has gone by the more the belief has got stronger!! The team looked confident and relax regarding it when would u ever see there main centre half in a local college learning to make bread days before the big day!! Celtic have more to lose little old motherwell are not expected to win cups so we have no pressure but all the belief. Robbo and keef at the helm has been a revelation this season and cannot wait for next!!

Let's enjoy our day!! Enjoy the parade!!

  5. Starting to get really excited for this. All the build up from Sportsound last night, the club videos and interviews, the Up the 'Well song, the Podcasts - it's all absolutely magic! I'm just starting to think maybe it is our time...
Starting to think of team for Saturday and no doubt there will be a few of the squad that will have to miss out. Personally, I think we will line up in our usual 3-5-2/5-3-2 with a line up almost guaranteed. Even if Rose is back, I'd leave him out in favour of Grimshaw who has been superb of late.

                               Carson

                     Kipre Aldred Dunne

    Cadden Campbell McHugh Grimshaw Tait

                        Main Bowman

Only change to that I would be tempted about would be leave Main up top himself, brining in Bigi for Bowman as with the three holding midfielders he should be free to make something happen.

Would love to see some of the young boys on the bench as well. Turnbull could be a game changer for us later on.

I would rather drop McHugh and bring in turnbull
