It's nice to see the club call it out, Kettlewell had mentioned on Saturday that he was fed up talking to Crawford Allan about the inconsistencies and he couldn't be bothered seeking a further explanation. What an absolute copout though ruling the goal out for being a deliberate handball. I'm surprised Obika's goal versus Celtic never fell foul to that when it brushed the shoulder and went in, ironically Steven McLean was the ref that day, just as well he wasn't brought to the monitor.

Sadly I think we are stuck with VAR, I've moaned about inconsistent decisions on other threads but even thinking back to when the cameras were turned off before a game was finished which missed key incidents, or the time they used a camera at the Cooper side for an offside call because the south end as the operator nipped away. I just can't see much improvement no matter how much they try to convince us.

Outwith Slattery's offside goal vs Hearts earlier in the season have there been any other decisions we have been given that have had us being thankful for VAR?

I remember KVV scoring the goal of his career vs hearts, Was from quite far out and he was running around celebrating for it to be disallowed because VAR declared that the tip of his knee cap was offside 😕

it took 4 minutes to arrive at the decision , that is not the definition of clear and obvious error. That is a case of looking for the minutia of a goal before you find something you can chalk it off for. If a decision cannot be made in 60/90 seconds its not a clear and obvious error so the original decision should stand.

At least we got that time added on at the end....oh wait.

Someone needs sacked for Saturdays shit show. If i made half as big a mess of my job as those clowns did i would be out the door, So why should they be any different

It’s the inconsistencies with VAR and refereeing decisions that is most frustrating. What you see pulled back one week is let go the next. It’s just scunnering.

That said we were awful today. Flat, ineffective, weak in midfield and conceded a poor goal. Just so depressingly predictable.

Agreed both teams were wrotten today but this should have been a draw. Refereeing in this tin pot league is actually embarassing.

  4. If i messed up at my job as hard as the officials at Fir park did today i would be suspended or even sacked, So why do these clowns get to keep pulling this shit week in week out ? If what happend today happend to Celtic or Rangers there would maybe be an investigation but because we are small time nothing will happen. They will be out next week making a horses arse of some other game. Not much to play for now but saying that if we keep playing like we did today we might find ourselves in the play off spot 💁‍♀️ Could be worse i guess, We could be Dundee United

Why would or should anyone spend money to watch football live in the stadium now with VAR.

Its gotten to the point where players dont even celebrate now after scoring. They just look around concerned to see if someone has their hand or a flag up

County equalising against Hibs in the last minute is helpful, although a win for County would've been preferable.

Aberdeen losing to Dundee isn't helpful, as a draw would've been preferable, but it's still funny to laugh at Aberdeen.

    Top 6 is still on.

Wonder if Burrows will jump ship again sometime soon 🤭

  7. Aberdeen playing last night and us being fresh from a 2 week break i think will help our cause on Saturday, Its still a long shot however and i think its going to go down to the wire. Have a feeling Celtic/Rangers as well as Utd/Raither Rovers is going to go down to the wire too

    That was fun

Watched this earlier on, Actually thought Dan missed his header because there was no sound from our fans. They really need to do away with that sub 1000 away supports being alocated BS

No matter what the final result is or what the usual suspects say, we have played bloody great today.

Agreed, If we take something from this today theres absolutely no reason we cant push for a top 6 spot.
