Tactically inept in Europe. Any team can finish 2nd in the SPL.

People don't half get carried away after a couple of poor results.This is far from the worst European result suffered by an SPL team, it's probably not even our worst result.

When I went to the Bangor/Stjarnan game the Welsh stewards were very officious, absolutely no standing behind the goal(UEFA ruling), this didnt help the tea bar queue at half time still waiting to be served when the 2nd half kicked off, but this was inside the ground. I presume they could do nothing if you were outside of the stadium? If they see 40/50 Well fans outside I'm sure they might find room for us if it meant taking our Kroner?

It's at times like this I ask myself why I took 3 days off work, travelled over 800 miles and won't get home until 5am tomorrow. Feckin pish, we were lucky to get a draw when we could've put this tie to bed after 45mins.

Probably not. My 1st game was Hearts at home in Scottish Cup replay, 86/87-ish, lost 0-1. I used to wear a half and half bobble hat. If you know Jimmy Yuill ask him about me, he knows everything. Not 100% sure but there might be a bit on me in this Thursday's programme.

Absolutely gutted to hear this very sad news. Got to know Andy and his family through the excellent Exiles Club he ran for many years. Stayed at the family home a few times and reciprocated the favour when he came down to London to watch Motherwell at Baldock Town and Southend in the early 90’s. A top top man who was first on the phone to me when I was ill recently. I’ll miss the football banter big man, RIP your daft English pal.
