Coke was guilty of holding onto the ball for too long today, Jennings was unlucky to get took off but he was the poorer of the midfielders and I think big Jukebox done pretty good in spells when he came on, although he could be too similar to Sutton. Ruddy was class, put in an assured performance, not afraid to come flying out of his box to grab the ball and his shot stopping was World class, hes still prone to the odd daft wee mistake though, dare I say the second coming of Sieb Dykstra Dug the heels in and grinded out the result though! Hibs next Saturday....

Dundee Utd have had a cracking start an aw & it all fairs well for an exciting game on Saturday. I'd be happy with a draw but I think we could sneak a win. This should be on TV I'd like to see Gannon try a back 3 of Reynold, Hutchison & Craigan with Mouatoukil & Hammell having full command of both sides, Stick someone like Jennings or Lasley just infront of the back 3 for extra bite. Can't see past John Sutton up front either hes been playing out his skin the past few weeks, work rate included.

That was some last ten minutes The penalty was maybe soft but its refreshing to see referees not afraid to make decisions like that in the closing stages.....put it this way if it was Novo or Boyd that had went down do you think he would have gave a penalty? Impressive stuff today I thought Ruddy was sharp as fuck & very commanding. Besides a wee 10 minute spell when we looked a bit shaky, the defence done really well...even at corners Coke n Hateley were quality & Jennings put in some shift when he came on!
