On the Ebay point - I know exactly what you mean Brazilian , but we have just had to work with what we have.

I have replied on all the fan forums and on ebay to questions about the jerseys. Dundee United and Sheffield Wednesday both got behind our auctions and that has helped prove that we are genuine.

Yeah fair play Guys I understand you wanted to get them listed ASAP to get them finished for Saturday

But if I was watching in from afar and happened across theebay listing I'd be reluctant to participate without a little more input

even putting a link to the welltrust site would've been a little bit re-assuring.

But either way some more good funds towards the cause, couple of mates biddding on them so they'll be well chuffed if they win.

as for Proxy bidding I'm just heading out for a monster sesh so will PM later, when my decision making will be a little blurred and I'll not feel the need to be sensible with my bid :P

Great night.

Thanks to all bidders and winners, over £6000 raised from the auction alone.

Hope everyone who managed to attend had an enjoyable evening and a special thank you to Tam Cowan who yet again pulled out a superb performance.

Jim Duffy and Sheriff Lindsay Wood hit the mark with some excellent, funny and entertaining stories.

A final figure from the night will be announced when all monies are collected.

( PS, well done to Brazilian, who bought some raffle tickets by proxy and came away with a prize )

And yes Frazzle did win that item !!

No doubt more stories of the night will appear here in due course.

Yep, smashing night. The two speakers were my main concern with the lack of Motherwell connection, but I think it's fair to say they both done us proud.

And I've got my John Gahagan trophy so I'm well pleased!

A big thanks from me to everyone who helped make it a success - Keith & Sandra from the MST board, the two speakers, Tam Cowan of course, and everyone at the Hilton (which exceeded my expectations I must say).

Frazzle
